What a great experience from ordering to receiving my food. I asked for Arby's sauce. He gave me packets when he could have said it's on the counter right there. I hadn't seen it. They were very kind. Food was great.
No matter which Arby’s you go to it is all the same..more bun than meat. Arby’s with the Horsey Sauce was one of my favorites and now I will rarely go there. But to be fair, it is no worse than other fast food places, less quality and goods and the prices are jacked up. Sad
I ate here approximately 10 times over 4 weeks. The food was always fresh and the hospitality was just as good!
Me and my son and father come in and the lady that took our order was rude and made us feel not welcome. I can see why this place is never busy.
I normally have great service herebut today I almost died. I always ask for no tomatoes because I'm allergic and can't touch or eat them in the slightest. My receipt says no tomatoes, I said it. I got tomatoes and now don't have food at work. Check your bags
the food was fresh but I had to wait for 30min for my order because they forgot to make it and the person taking my order selected the wrong item for my order. they did offer to remake my order at no extra cost tho. all in all not a bad experience but definitely could have been better. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and will be returning again
Food was great, we were missing a sandwich but we had a big order. We worked things out and everything turned out ok. We ordered through the drive thru and had to wait there at the window for a longer extended period before we got our food. We weren't told to pull up or go park and had to hold up the line.
If there was a way to give a ZERO would. We were in an RV and could not get to the drive thru window. The guy (will not call him a gentleman) refused service at the window because I wasn't in my vehicle. WE COULDNT DRIVE UP TO THE WINDOW BECAUSE OF THE AWNING. Wouldn't give the contact info of manager or corporate supervisor. The lobby was closed and we COULDN'T dine in. Never eating at an Arby's again.
