WORST FOOD EVER!
I've decided I'm not visiting Arby's anymore. It's been going downhill for a while. And this whole year, everytime I eat there, I get sick. My stomach bloats up like I'm nine months pregnant, turns rock hard, hurts terribly and cramps violently.
Today, I was so hungry, I decided to risk it because I live very close to it. The service has drastically declined. My order gets messed up frequently, the person working the drive-thru often has a bad attitude and isn't afraid to show it. But the food is what really did it for me.
Today, I got my usual, a large Jamocha shake with extra chocolate syrup, a large curly fry, and two classic roast beef sandwiches on onion buns. The shake is the only thing that doesn't upset my stomach, but when it got handed to us, it didn't have any chocolate sauce on it and they told us they don't do that anymore. That's the major thing that differentiates them from every other fast food place! Why would they do that? It really elevated their shakes! On that basis alone, I won't go back.
Fries: My fries were BLAND! I took a good look and, as you can see by my picture, they looked pale! There was ZERO flavor! That flavoring that's normally there is completely non-existent, and there wasn't even any salt either. It basically tasted like greasy potato with no flavor at all.
Sandwiches: I bit into the first one and it was more rubbery than usual. Those of us old enough to remember Arby's from decades ago know that the meat we're given today IS NOT THE SAME as we were fed way back when, back when it actually tasted like roast beef and wasn't an off-putting texture! But what I had today was horrible! I gagged down the rubbery sandwich, but the first bite of my second sandwich was immediately spit out! It tasted rancid and slightly chemically. You can see by the picture that the color is wrong, and it's slimy.
NEVER GOING BACK!
Horrible. The west state location is absolutely disgusting. Spent 12 dollars on 3 item and not one of those items were hot, or good. Very disappointing. I have managed an Arby's before . It's only a matter of time before the franchise is ruined in Fort Wayne. You guys should be ashamed of your service or rather lack there off. You can tell when people in the food industry don't care. Clearly west State Arby's does not care. We will never be back. No amount of coupons or sorry will change our minds. You and your staff should be ashamed... Disgusting.
Just a regular run through the drive through. Service was fine. Ordered a beef and cheddar and beef sandwich combos with curly fries and strawberry shakes. Sandwiches were average. Shakes were good.
We were passing through from out of town. Ordered dinner to go. I was super excited about the boneless wings. What a complete disappointment. The pieces were so small some the size of a small grape. They were cold and so were the fries. Since we were on the road we did not go back. This picture was supposed to be a complete meal.
The drive up window, yesterday.!!! The beautiful young lady with a beautiful smile.!!!! Thank you and Merry Christmas ????
Had a coupon for French fries for a dollar could be used up to three times on the coupon argued with the cashier lady showed her the coupon then she called someone else over who gave me a total that was like 50 cents less and I told her they were overcharging me by over $5 I then had to argue with her as well even after she read the coupon and the cashier explained to her that it was up to three. I would suggest if you have coupons you go to another Arby's where they have literate employees.
Stop about 9:15a.m. Monday June 10th. Had a taste for biscuits and gravy and a potato cake. The lights were on and there were a couple cars in the lot but the doors were locked. Posted hours are 7a.m. To 9p.m. No signs anywhere as to why they were closed. Not the first time I’ve have experienced this location being closed during the breakfast hours. Very disappointing.
Went there at 8:10, saw them smoking by the dumpsters, and yelled in my window that they "aren't open" but it's supposed to be, and there is 3 of them there, that I saw. She giggled and said they are gonna try to be open by 9am with a smirk. Still smoking a cigarette as she talks to me.
Stopped in to the same location an evening a few months ago, to which they said they were "out of roast beef" another time I stopped in for breakfast at 9am, after 5 min at speaker in drive thru, someone comes on and says they are "not open". Staff came to work, turned lights on, just to turn away customers. Do they have a manager?
Went to McDonald's.
