Now i'll be checking my bags before i leave the exit lane.
I come here a lot, and normally everything is fine; however, tonight I ordered 2 classic beef 'n' cheddar sandwiches and requested no red ranch. I was given 2 classic roast beef sandwich's instead. (redundant to the staff, but for people who may not know, the classic beef and cheddar is supposed to come with cheese, not just beef, as it's name implies.) I know what I said at the ordering menu and am highly disappointed.
I'm not going back out now, 20 minutes after I get home just to have this fixed. I entirely deconstructed one just for further proof.

No other cars were ahead of me as i approached the ordering window, and i saw no cars ahead of me at the window leaving. There is no excuse for this being caused by a rush of orders coming in.
Great food and folks! Only problem is that Arby's needs to bring back the Potato Cakes for those like me that loved them!
Sorry, but fries were too greasy. The fried chicken sandwich wasn't greasy but cooked a bit too long. I've had roast beef before and would recommend you pass up anything fried.
Recently updated and is welcoming inside. Friendly staff and good quality food. Easily could be a five star as far as fast food is concerned. Does not accept AMEX or Discover, hence the rating. Easy fix, but won’t be getting my business at this time. Rating could easily change.
The Arby's on Juan Tabo is always Fresh and the dining room always clean and quiet. Drive through my favorite fast and order always correct. I can honestly say my family is unique everyone has a substitute on their order and in 10 years I have never had to call or take back an order. Thank you Arby's for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Gyro- delicious
Wrap- delicious
Arby sandwich- so fabulous
Oh, and the poppers! So good!!
We hadn't been to Arby's in years. We enjoyed our meal which was really good. Nice & clean. Nice quiet atmosphere. The assistant took our order and before we knew it our food was ready. One of the girls was scrubbing all the tables even tho no one had used some of the tables.
We got smiles from these girls.
A typical visit --- the place was spotless, great counter service, food was hot and fresh, price was right too (that's important these days!) We enjoy coming here because of the above -- just a pleasant place to get a good sammie! Update: All is the same...a nice change from burgers!
