This particular Arby's location is always top level!! The food is consistently excellent as is the service. The staff is always on the ball, very attentive, and so nice to everyone always :)
This is the gold standard for Arby's. I've been to several other locations in the Greater Rochester Area (i.e. Henrietta), as well as across America. My experience as a customer here stands out above the rest. Corporate should train their local managers here, before they are sent out ????????
The restaurant was clean and efficiently run. The server was very personable and attentive.
We ordered a "Meat Mountain" which is not listed on their menu; But it is in their system.
As you can see from the pictures the meat mountain consists of all their meats...
If I were to order the Denali Meat Mountain then that would actually have added a fish on top of all the meats.
I shall definitely do that the next time!
For the price and the amount of meat that you receive it is a dream!
Versus the other small sandwich you see in the picture Which was $8 I would definitely say the meat mountain at $12 is the best bang for your buck!
Again, the staff were pretty friendly and polite. The proprietor should be proud of their employees! Even though the server said that this was only the second time someone has ordered the Meat Mountain They still made it, I would say perfectly!

Upon being in the area shopping, I was here ordering for the 1st time in a while.
A very nice, friendly, and sweet young lady named "Alexandra," assisted me in the Drive Thru. Salute!
She immediately exhibited IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the start. As a 40 year retiree having worked in Customer Services Training & Development, I'm confident that she's WORTHY of BEING HIRED by ANY business, ensuring success. Having fully demonstrated what I refer to as the 3 p's: PATIENCE, for one, because it took me a few minutes to DECIDE. I KEPT changing my order and apologized. Secondly, she demonstrated PROFESSIONALISM by taking time to review various specials with me. Lastly, she was extremely PLEASANT the ENTIRE time. Absolutely NO SIGHING, pressure or rushing with a dry: "Is that all?!" Like most Fast Food restaurants I encounter when placing an order. No doubt, she's truly an ASSET who created the "boomerang effect" as my "go-to" Fast Food Restaurant. Bravo, Alexandra, giving an A+ as I can really see YOU advancing to bigger & betta heights. Keep up the GOOD WORK. In eloquent words of Dr. MLK: "Even if you're a street sweeper, be the best!"

Arrived around 130 today only to find a sign that read drive thru only. Considering the parking lot was dead, it was pathetic! We should have been able to have been served inside the building. Shameful and embarrassing for arbys. I had really looked forward to getting Arbys for lunch too. We went to five guys instead.
I LOVE Arby's All the TIME. They have the most delicious sandwiches, condiments and curly fries. I have NEVER been disappointed with a meal at Arby's. It is perfection each time, and so are the prices. Arby on! You must go there to taste the delicious perfection.
Original very good... added Arby's sauce & horseradish. A very enjoyable occasional treat along with curly fries.
