I bought 3 chicken wrap and a curly fry order. When I pulled around to the pay window the elderly woman looked as if she was angry. I didn’t get a hello or a smile. I tried to show friendliness because my money was folded. She just looked like I was a bother. She went back like she had work back in the food area. I got the food home and we couldn't eat the overcooked wraps snd 1 was undersized and didn't seem fresh. The fries were never hot and tasted rubbery. I drove a long way to take it back. The Manager gave a refund right away. She was nicer than the person who took the money for the order.
Immediately greeted and welcomed as we entered restaurant. Restaurant clean and service excellent. Ordered shaved deli thin roast beef sandwiches, absolutely delicious. Our entire meal hot, tasty and affordable. Mark your attentiveness and kindness appreciated. Thank you…
Really nice staff. I brought my 90 year old parents and they were very kind and patient.
Me and my husband put in a door dash order into this store I called into the store just to ask a simple request no ice in my coke since I can't put it into the app but when I called into the store the lady that answered said that no door dash orders had came through since 4 then changed the story to the last door dash was picked up 15 minutes ago even though I could see it clearly in the app that my order did in fact go to this store food was good and well put together everything was in the bag but customer service is part of their job and they highly lack in that department they are paid to not only make the food but to also handle the public if I could give 0 stars for customer service I would!!!!

Worst service in driver thru . Working without gloves . I asked for a lemonade without ice after ordering , the lady removed the lid and put the lid inside the mug and popped the ice out with her bare hands. Would never go here again.
GM Marlina and assistant Tracy banned me from this place I did absolutely nothing wrong to this place my mom and sister works here and they told me I can't come back anymore to get food or to see my mom and sister to help out or chill at Arby's like I used to im so nice to everyone what did I do to not come here anymore
The food was okay, service okay. An Employee coming out of the kitchen bashed into my 80 year old mother and didn't bother to apologize.
