Ordered food off door dash and they gave me a single patty instead of double, and I order two chocolate shakes but didn't receive do to machine being broken and didn't receive money back, or option to substitute. Waste of money. If something is unavailable turn that option off on your door dash menu. Also curly fries were old and hard.
Food was all mixed up. Order was half ours.. also we asked for 2 sides of cheese and didn't receive them, but was charged for them. Arby's food is always good. But staff needs better training
How do I give negative stars, worst arby's I've ever been to!!! Ordered a grilled swiss chicken sandwich, got a fried swiss chicken sandwich, returned to get the right sandwich and was given a completely soggy buffalo chicken sandwich, then waited again in line behind six cars while the rest of my food went cold! The first wait was approximately 15 minutes! So I spend a total of about 30 minutes of my time for a twenty dollar meal!!! And these workers want 15 dollars a hour, and then these workers have the audacity to set up a tip cup?? Are you kidding me?? Businesses like this is exactly what's wrong with this world today!!!! Arby's will not get another dollar of my honestly earned money!!! Learn how to read a food ticket then ask for a raise!!
Food was good fresh and fast. I asked for an extra bronco sauce and they charged me .25 for it.
We stopped here after a game today. 5 of us ordered and we spent around $50. They got our order wrong and I had to go up there 3 times to get it right. When I went up the 3rd time, I asked for Broncoberry sauce. They wanted to charge me a quarter. I didn't have a quarter, as I don't carry cash and refused me the sauce that I put on my beef n Cheddar. I'm extremely disappointed bc I don't eat the sandwich without it. I also use it for my fries. Definitely never visiting this location again, and I'll be sure to inform the entire team of the lousy service.
They have the best Chocolate milkshake ever it's hands down the best I will not drink one anywhere else the mozzarella sticks are also an item that is a must get and they are nice sized and price is fair always hot and the mozzarella cheese is done perfect. Can't beat it Arby's is my #1 fast food.
Went through Arby's this afternoon (April 23, 2022 ) and ordered a chicken nugget kids meal for my 5 year old. Get home with the food and find a jalapeno popper at the bottom of his nuggets. Seriously??? If he would've bit into that, and burned his mouth then someone would've been in trouble to say the least.. also I don't know if he's allergic to that. It could've potentially killed my child. Idk if it was an accident or someone working there thinks that its funny to try to hurt children but I suggest everyone working there pay more attention to what's going on. Completely ridiculous.
Food was predictable. Service was good. Bathrooms were clean.
