Best WLM Reviews
Lady that took our order was very disrespectful to my girlfriend and there were nats flying around inside the restaurant and when I said something to the manager he just said ok will never go there again our recomend it to anybody I no
Worst visit I've had at any Arby's. Service slow even though it was relatively empty. Fries overcooked, could not tell ketchup and Arby's sauce apart they were just very strange. Mens restroom smelled of sewer gas. Won't visit this Arby's again.
Hello to all who will continue to read this thorough and extensive review of Quakertown’s hottest tourist destination. I hope this review finds you in good spirits and a balanced temperament. When I drove my antique 1989 Volkswagen Stationwagon up to the drive through, I was greeted with a friendly “hello” (I could tell this particular employee was having a fantastic start to the morning). I placed my order for a roast beef sandwich and a large (and I mean LARGE) curly fry. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price of my order. If I had a family of 9 (I actually might, not sure about that one) I would absolutely take them to Arby’s. I received my order with a jolly smile and firm handshake, which isn’t even the best part of the meal. I sunk my pearly white chompers into that roast beef sandy and my mind was absolutely blown. Hands down the most savory and scrumdidilyumptious sandwich I’ve ever had. My dog “Chuck” also enjoyed it but was obviously not as impressed with the service well because he doesn’t have thumbs. Overall, Arby’s Quakertown gets 5/5 stars and a double thumbs up.
I enjoy going to this location. Lobby is always clean. Sometimes there can be a wait but the food is always near perfect. Seems like the manager runs a tight crew.
Slow service food was pretty bad bread was tough they had no arby sauce in the dispenser food pricey NOT A DO AGAIN NO WAY FOR WHAT YOU SPEND EATING THERE YOU CAN EAT AT MILLERS BETTER FLYS IN THE RESTAURANT
Absolutely absurd wait times at the window. Almost 10 minutes at the order station with no acknowledgement. Listening to the prior order being taken, I knew I was in for a treat. Waited over 20 minutes at the window. Last few times they had zero meat besides chicken. Have fun going here.
Horrendous customer service. For a place that has the meats, how long does it take to receive. I timed it because of the long wait. 20 minutes waiting just to place an order. 10 more minutes for a single beef and cheddar. No attempt to make things right. Part of me regrets waiting and instead leaving like the other customers who were in line and completely ignored by the manager who seemed more interested in her drive thru. Ring the bell for great service? The bell is as absent as the levels of customer service here.
I bought a Market Fresh Pecan chicken Salad sandwich . They changed the bread.
Don’t waste your money.. Used to be delicious gourmet bread, now it looks like cheap
Bread you would buy from the grocery store. I definitely will not be buying a Market Fresh Sandwich
Any more.
