I just had an incredible experience here. My receipt says the employee who served me was named Xaviera but I can't be sure if it was her I interacted with. Still, she was the best fast food employee I've ever interacted with, no joke. She was incredibly nice, still fast, and listened. Normally, when I make a request and I do talk fast for the. (like asking for more Arby's sauce), I barely get a look and I get its annoying, but they're normally rude. Which I understand. But it was beyond refreshing to be treated with kindness and consideration. She actually listened when I asked, to be sure she heard right, while still working fast. It barely lasted 20 seconds since she was so quick but my gosh it left an impact. She was AMAZING! I don't normally come to Arby's, but you can bet I'm coming back soon. That experience was such a shock in the best way.
The only bad thing about this arbys is the drive thru. Which is why it's not 5 stars. Its oddly shaped not well made making it hard to avoid the curb sometimes depending on how busy it is and how big your car is.
Went last night and I order 2 chicken sandwich meals no tomatoes and I had got tomatoes on them so I threw it away and went back and the remake really bad sloppy and the manager that I talked to was very unhappy and they way he talked to us was like he didn't care about his job or anything very sad the management there is really poor need to bring in better people but the white boy nick was friendly and nice
They are typically short handed it seems. However their staff are excellent! Polite, efficient and work hard to make up for being short staffed. I have never had a bad meal here.
My burger was cold but all the other items were warm.
It's not too busy, food seems fresh every time, customer service is great and friendly.
These employees need to learn how to be trained you're not sitting here to order a $14 good burger meal with no good burger sauce if you guys don't have any sauce you guys need to explain it before we pay for an expensive burger.... We get all the way home and there is no sauce my daughter was so excited to try the Good Burger and talk about disappointment the absolute worst experience!!!
I appreciate everyone's kindness when my daughter threw up all over me as I was ordering at the counter. They proceeded to help me after I got her cleaned up and even followed me to my car to make sure I didn't drop anything. Food was good as always.
Wow, was asked to pull up because my fries were going to take a bit, they didn't give me my fries. I drive across town home. I have to drive all the way back to get them. Not offered anything to compensate meet for my time. Thanks Arby's, bad experience, going to be a long time before I go back, that is if I go back. Now I don't have any sauce, if there was a zero rating I would give that!!
