I have given this place many chances over the years and I’m disappointed every time but this was the last straw this chain store has no excuse to serve cold food since they are never busy they are just lazy I can’t keep quit about it anymore, my Reuben was still cold like it was left to defrost then never heated up I ordered a rotten beef and cheddar with cold fries. The worst part was I couldn’t get the discount I had set up through the app so I managed to pay more for horrible food. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHAIN. Go to the Arby’s connected to the loves in lee the atmosphere is better they never serve cold food and it isn’t run by a bunch of little kids.
I wouldn’t normally take the time to write a negative review, but the employees at this location are incredibly disrespectful. We were told that we would have roughly a 5 minute wait for our food at the window which was fine. We waited more than 30 minutes at the window. All of the employees actively avoided the window. I called the store to try to get an update. The first phone call went unanswered, the second phone call went through but they hung up on me. The third phone call I was told by an employee with long reddish Pink hair (food safety violation), that she had already told me I would have to wait and she hung up on me again. I finally got my food after 45-50 minutes of waiting in the drive thru. The employee with the reddish pink hair then proceeded to have attitude as if I was the one being rude in the situation. I was refused a refund before I got my food and they also refused to give me a receipt.
Grabbed a bite to eat while charging tesla. Rennea (seriously, I hope I'm spelling her name correctly), and staff took exceptional care of us. The food was great. You can tell that they clean the windows every day. That's a bonus!! The drink station was being cleaned while we were there. Very respectful and hospitable, of all guests. I tried the fish sandwich for the first time, and I was pleased, over the mcdonalds fish sandwich.
Mynorder got skipped, and they served 3 customers ahead of me, and when I asked about it, though nice about it, they said they forgot my order. The fries were cold, and no containers for the catsup or arbies sauce.
I had a chicken wrap and crinkle fries, both were pretty good and came out fresh. My husband had a wagyu burger and curly fries. His fries were cold and the burger was basic.
Typical Arby's food, really bad atmosphere. Tied to a gas station and many people were begging in the parking lot. I did not feel safe. Would not stop here again.
The manager is so nice at this location.
Food was sooooo good. Gyros sandwiches hit the spot ...after picking up hurricane tree debris all morning. Thanks for being great Arbys!!!

It's in a gas station and the restrooms are absolutely disgusting...
