Don’t order their burgers unless you like the taste of raw ground beef! I just received a rare to medium rare burger. Stick to what they know. Deli sandwiches and curly fries. Quite disappointed!
Apon arriving went to use a coupon that allowed three different sandwiches but couldn't use unless we bought three of the same so got another one for me an my son so my wife could get a Ruben. Then everyone after was being waited and getting there food ahead of us, we where to get 4 turnovers for the issue but we left because 20 mins we still hadn't recieved then, then was told it would be another 10 mins! They just in my oppinion don't believe in goid Customer service, me an my family won't be back at this arbys location period!!!
We have gone through the drive thru here many times over the years and it's a hit or miss when it comes to the perfect dining experience. However, for the most part, we like our Arby's. We went just before lunch time on a Sunday and the employees were pleasant. The service was prompt and the food was hot. Hubby was just very disappointed in the new burger. The commercials got him all hyped up in hopes of finding the perfect burger and he did not. The burger had no flavor, there was some sauce on it he did not like and the toppings were wilting. Maybe it will get better with practice... We will be back, but not for a burger.

Well on the kernersville location they showed a special which they told us that it
wasn't available they asked us 3 times if we wanted sauce and we said which kind 3 times left after getting the order checked the bag and there was no sauce so we had to drive back ugh not a big fan of the kernersville location no attention to orders or customer service
Got the wrong order three times. Manager was extremely rude. I have a complete video of the experience for anyone at Arby’s who care to see it. Will never be back here. Worst experience from any restaurant I have ever had. Was told by the manager she don’t care if I get the right order or if I report this. So let’s see.
It is the best ???? Arby's that I have ever been to and I'm from New York city. The roast beef sandwiches are tasty and taste better than the ones I've had in NYC.
I enjoy their curly fries and mozzarella sticks and I think the chicken sandwich is way better than Chic Fil as'! The air is nicely air conditioned, the staff is friendly and I like the pretty atmosphere-comfortable seats and lots of space to eat and relax!
