Food was terrible. Roast beef had portions that was over cooked similar to a crispy bacon. The bread was dry and tasted old or expired. The Seasoned curly fries tasted like it was from a previous batch and had no seasoning. All Arby's I've gone to had a sauce called Red Ranch. This establishment did not have it and didn't know what it was. Customer service could use a lot more training for sure. This restaurant was in Little Elm Texas at Little Elm Pkwy and FM 423.
The curly fries were hot and fresh! My absolute favorite on the menu. I tried the turkey gobbler It was amazing!! I hope they do it again next year.
If i could give this place no stars i would, i ordered Doordash from here and my food came burnt i called Arby’s and they offered to remake my food for me. I get to Arby’s and the young man was kind and quick to help me, however the other employee was quite rude. The place was really dirty and it ruined the vibe to even eat there.
I love Arby's, typically they are slow, but the food is always solid. On this visit there was a bit of a wait to order as the staff didn't realize we were there, but the food came fast and everything was great. Will be back!
Clean restaurant. Employees were kind and fast. Food was fresh, hot, and fast.
Ordered a classic and a double roastbeef sandwich. The meat in the sandwich was ridiculous. They were over the top thin. We paid $27.28 for them. Very disappointing and feel ripped off.
Mostly consistent but you have to always ask for napkins or condiments because they will not assume nor ask for you want any.
The staff are horrible and rude. If I was the franchise owner I'd fire them all. Everyone behind the counter is wearing airpods. The cash registers are broken and have been for months so you shout your order across the kitchen. It's a mess.
The food also sucked. I ordered the French dip and they have me a tiny amount of beef juice. The juice was flavorless and merely made the sandwich wet. The condiment machine was broken too so you have to ask for packets which didn't work well since they all are wearing airpods and don't want to work.
It's obvious it's a bunch of entilited 20yr olds playing restaurant. I would never go back.
