It’s always something with this place. Either they are out of roast beef or like today, their doors are locked, no signs stating lobby is closed, but drive through is open. Their roast beef doesn’t look like roast beef….
Wonderful workers! I ordered pickup and asked if I could use the drive thru because I had my two sons who have autism in my vehicle. They had me pull up next to the door and brought our food out to me. As a worn out mom, I genuinely appreciated their kindness!
Ordered 2 sandwiches from here. The smokehouse brisket sandwich and the chicken Bacon Swiss.
They were made quickly and the woman who got my order was friendly.
Both sandwiches were really good, tasting hot and freshly prepared. The smokehouse brisket seemed to be lacking a little sauce but was good, nonetheless.
1 o'clock on a Friday. I placed an order for 4 regular roast beef sandwiches. They said they only have enough roast beef for 2 sandwiches?! Wtf, this IS Arby's is it not? How do you run out of roast beef? Arby's going down hill quick...
Drive through experience left a lot to be desired when already being in the position of having an exceptionally low bar. The person taking my order responded with some unexpected sarcasm when denying my order and referenced a sign that was not visible on their menu. This unnecessary response took me by surprise and I decided to leave without continuing or even altering my order. I suggest visiting a different Arby’s location!
Left 4 cars sitting in the drive thru 10/17/23 @ 9:30am I sat and waited 11min. Before driving off. Lazy person could have said sorry we don't care to work today. This store is just worthless.
Very disappointed this morning. My burritos very hard and super small. They barley gave me any gravy. Some very lazy workers this Saturday.
Well every time I go there for breakfast they're always out of something and this morning I got a sausage wrap and after I got going down the road I realized it was as hard as a brick
