Great staff, good food, had a lovely meal! Burgers were good!
One of the better Arby's in Lancaster County. It is fast food - good fast food. It is neat, clean, and friendly.
Erika (the manager) was amazing! She took the time to talk to our family and was very outgoing! People like her make their chain restaurant stand out above the rest!
Came at 11 for lunch on Sunday.
Bread was stale, like it was left over from yesterday and the frys where old and cold...very disappointed normally a really good place 2 eat
I showed up with my family (8 year old daughter & 5 year old daughter) on 03/01/2024 at 9:38 pm and the shift manager refused us service, she saw us pull in, I parked by the door temporarily, I exited my vehicle & checked the hours of operation on the door, and verified that they were open, I proceeded to park my vehicle, the shift manager rushed to the door at 9:40 pm & locked the door in our faces and rushed away, I most certainly would hope that the store manager checks the cameras, this is horrible customer service, I will absolutely be contacting the corporate office about this
Food is always prepared the way I request. Not missing any items. Staff very helpful with the app.
We went to try the "big game burger" as we enjoy venison and my brother had just returned from hunting for Elk in Colorado, so we were curious about the taste. The burger is a mix of big game and you can definitely taste the difference in the meat, for sure. However, even with all of the toppings and the sauce, the burger is very dry. Curly fries and the kids chicken nuggets were satisfactory. The interior appeared clean and well kept and the staff was kind and inviting. I'd rank this fast food chain higher than the 2 local alternatives for menu choices, cleanliness and friendly staff, but if it's a big, juicy burger you're after, go elsewhere.
Would not not honor a coupon after their app repeatedly crashed would not let me check out on app so on a ten dollar order they refused to give me an any size fry for a dollar. Six employees stood there watched this interaction my showing them their app crashing and none of them thought an order of fries for a dollar was worth a happy customer. Worst part I eat there once or twice a week, it was the only fast food I’d eat and now I won’t ever come back on principle. I vote with my dollars. And I can’t patronize someone with such poor customer service.
