We have gone to this location twice in the last two weeks. Each time, the staff are so kind and friendly. They seem very appreciative of your business, which is rare these days. The lobby was clean and stocked. The food is great. The drive thru was fast and efficient. Our orders have been correct and served by pleasant employees. Whoever manages this location has found a great team!
The lady taking orders was friendly and polite, food came out pretty fast. I stopped in the drive through so not sure of the inside of this establishment I have ut 4 stars on the food because the fires were only half full and I specifically asked for 3 pepper sauce at the window and didn't get it. I got horsey sauce instead. So just double check your bags.
Ordered 3 sliders on the way home from work. All 3 had a weird little piece of chicken that looked like it was ripped by someone's fingers or bitten and I threw all 3 away. Not a whole in tact piece that was at all the depicted serving size. Reported to arbys website too.
Slow as all get out. Will only take one order at a time. Then once that order is ready, then they will take another. Drive thru wraps around the building. People frequently drive off. My pick up order was 15 minutes later than what the pick up time was expected and I am still waiting in it as I write this.
Clean and good food! Employees are wonderful. The young girl today who worked the register inside was so kind with great hospitality. It's not often you find this at fast food! We were passing through and would recommend.
Took a bit to get waited on. Got the food, the lettuce on the sandwich had dark slimy places and the crinkle fries were cold & tough.
Did I complain. No cause I was so angry I would have used words that I do my best not to use.
Like all fast food places, it's understaffed. Either way, the service is usually horrible around dinner time. The kids goof off and it takes forever to get your food. Food is over priced for what you get as well.
Stopped into get the new wagoo steak burger and it was excellent. I also got great service from Xavier and Austin. The burger is excellent the bottom fresh vegetables crisp a great taste. Well worth the price
