Sheryl is the best drivethrough server Ive ever had! Her speed, professionalism and dedication are unmatched. I heard her talking to the kitchen staff to make sure they got my order without oninons and extra sauce. The shakes and food here are so so good.
There were a group of teenage boys working and I had ordered my sons food wrong and you know how kids are. They had no problem making me more and we're all very friendly!
I normally do not take time to review fast food, but wow, this food stood out! Ordered 2 roast beefs, and they melted in my mouth with each bite. Then had a cherry turnover that was rich with flavors. I eat at other Arby's and have never had that same taste. The ladies at the counter were nice and the place was decorated very festive.
I went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and a cup of cheddar. The sandwich was lukewarm at best, mozzarella sticks were great, and my cup of cheddar was more like essence of cheddar. I paid a $1 for a plastic cup that someone walked by the cheddar sauce with, and said eh, that's good enough.
If you need a good gut flushing, hit this place up!!! Can't forget about the black mold that comes out when you get ice either!!. Extra flavor for your drinks!!.
So I have been to many Arbys. Arent they all the same? Maybe maybe not. Had a few bad experiences here. But a coupon brought me back. Got a French dip sub with no dip. So I’m eating this giant loaf of bread and no dip. Big deal? Maybe maybe not. But it’s not hard to put stuff in a bag when it’s all on your screen. Do better.
I ordered a classic chicken wrap, and loaded curly fries. Was asked to pull forward because they were waiting on chicken to be done. When we got our food, chicken was undercooked and did not see it until it was too late. Ended the night with food poisoning. Will probably avoid eating there
