Bought a total of 6 sandwiches and 2 lg fries. Everything was in one bag. The fries was turned sideways and the sandwich’s was flat from the weight of everything in one bag the picture is of a beef sandwich ????
My first time here and I would eat here again. The employees were fantastic. It’s the ambiance of the dining room that I really love, though. Feels like a small town restaurant, super cozy, quiet, and clean. The huge mural of Chicago made me feel nostalgic! I loved it.
I always get a good meal when I come here. Never had a problem. Fresh and hot every time
Rude employees, couldn't care less about customers. The first classic beef sandwich was as great as it used to be, but when I opened the second one the bun was burned.
I tried to go thru the drive thru and place my order. They kept saying they couldn't hear me. So I raised my voice, I could hear her fine. No problem. She continually couldn't hear me. The day before. Lights were on. Doors open. I saw people walk in. They were waiting. I figured they're waiting for their order. Nobody came to the counter. They didn't even acknowledge us. Apparently they were closed. Huh? They just funny want to work. So when Arby's closes up. You'll know why. I feel like boycotting this store. I've gone there for years. Never have I had such rude experience. I asked the girl her name that. She stopped laughing. I asked again. All quiet now. She needs to be fired.
Everything went well food was good. The only thing is there was only two employees working in the whole store. I felt bad for the employees there.
I just got a gyro it literally had 5 little peice of meat and I don't mean what most people think gyro meat should be. This is not a sandwich. Just peta and sauce. Horrible and lazy
Beef and cheddar was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for a very long time curly fries were all just broken small over cooked pieces used to be a very good place sad
