Best WLM Reviews
Seems they have really good gyros, and the curly fries are on point. Polite and courteous, food tastes great and fresh. Our customers were enjoying the peaceful atmosphere as well.
Ordered 2 adult meals and 2 kids 6 piece nugget meals. Adult sandwiches were room temp and the fries were cold. The kids meals only came with 2 nuggets in each. Had to turn around and go back. When I complained to a manager he seemed to think I was wrong and must have ordered the 2 pieve meal (which isn't even a kids meal option) so I showed him my receipt and then he told me I was "lying" and that my kids must have eaten them before I saw (they didn't even have them before I saw). He finally gave me 4 more nuggets for each kid, so at least I got the food I paid for even though it wasn't great. Then he told me to "please don't come back". Good thing I'm from out of town and I don't ever plan to be back. Over all a very bad experience.
Very positive attitude with the employees. A+ Kayla!
Not busy, inside. Clean store. French & curly fries were warm. The curly fries were smash together.
Glad to see the potato cakes back. However when we got them on Sunday they were undercooked and don't taste the same as they use to. What are you doing different. Different oil maybe I am unsure. But I will not order them again until you figure it out. At the very least they need to be cooked longer, very disappointing.
Cashier gave me a hard time because I have a Green Bay Packers lanyard...I know he was kidding but not the place for a border battle! I got the brisket sandwich meal and wow was I disappointed! It was the size of a White Castle cheeseburger! Barbecue sauce was good though since that's all I could taste.....
The drive thru is a little hard to get into if you're coming in from Woida Road. There's some unnecessary landscaping that is the problem.
Plus the crinkle fries always seem a little undercooked. I don't know if they are supposed to be like that or what.
Gave our food to the car behind us then took it back from them after it had been opened and tried to give it to us. Unsanitary. They also failed to give us our entire order.
Haven't been at an Arby's for a long time. Got a coupon for two sandwiches. Curly fries and mozzarella stick. Went through drive-in which was still very busy at 1pm. Service handled well. Food was hot and good. Sauces and salt and pepper as requested. Will go again.you. Sorry but have to post a recent review of beef brisket. Was there on Wed at 7pm. Brisket had been sitting quite awhile. Dried ends sticking out of sandwich. Middle wasn’t much better. Paid over $8 per sandwich and should have brought them back. Expecting too much out of Arby’s. We did receive courteous service through drive in and not a long wait. Had strawberry lemonade which was good. Sorry this place is off our list.
