Very clean on the outside decent parking then sides clean as well a service is quick the food is good it's an older Arby's but still has a nice look on the inside very clean and maintain well. 5 out of 5 even though it's a little bit older it has maintained well
Ordered through the app today and when it was marked as being "ready" we went to pick it up. There were two roast beef sandwiches on the order but upon arrival we were told they were out of roast beef. I've worked in the food industry before so I understand this happens but when we decided to wait on the order (because evidently they just had to prepare the roast beef) we were talked about unkindly behind the counter and laughed at because we decided to wait instead of getting a refund. I've been here before and had a better experience but after this I will never come back. I was told I would have to go through the app for a refund but because they said the order was ready it only led me to a phone number to the Arby's we were already at, otherwise I would have done that to make it easier for everyone. Beware of doing online orders here...
This would have been a great experience if it were not for them making my super roast beef with absolutely no sauce on it. It was dry as can be. I was on my way to work, so I couldn't go back to get it right. It was extremely disappointing!
Placed my order and all I had was $100 and I was informed they didn't have the change and I needed to go somewhere else. Ride and it was a $30 order. I went to Taco Bell were they took care of me. I'll never eat here again.
Absolutly love the workers, friendly staff and a fairly decent place to eat in at. (If youve never tried their honey mustard with the curly fries your missing out! Its standard procedure for all my kids to do it now. )
We usually eat off the 2 for 7 menu, and get a large fry seperate. So at minimum about 11$ per 2 people (adult and kid) or about $12 for one person eating off the normal menu.
After no response from prior issue, we mistakenly gave Arby's another chance. This time, the roast beef sandwich was well under cooked, thrown together and falling apart, and the box had bloody juice in it. And to top it off all of the sauce packets were covered in old dry sauce. Come on Arby's, you can do better than this. Such a waste of time and money.
Old review
Over 15 minutes wait (for 2 meals) when there was nobody in front of us in line. Then, the 3 people that came in after we sat down got served before us.
Hard fries and the beef and cheedar tastes bloody. Arby's use to be great, but this is my last time trying to get food from there.
Zero pride in the work.
Don't waste your money here. They're ripping people off just like everyone else. Paid $13.00 for a rueben combo. The fries were cold and an inch long. The sandwich had meat on the front half only. When I showed the manager the other uneated half, she said there was nothing she could do about it. After 20 years of going to this location, I'll Never be back!
