I'm rating on 5* compared to other Arby's.....They are always very polite and very good to military families. Military Discount good here ...I think it's ran by the Native Reservation.... always polite young men and women to take your order. One of the few places who gets my big family drive through orders right every time.
My husband and I came in last night for dinner .ww ordered a $7 meal consisting of pop, curly fries n double Arby's sandwich. He ordered the 2 for $6 that had a chicken sandwich n motz sticks. There was no napkins at all in dining area . No one came out to clean or stock while we were there . The service was ok food came out fast but we have had diarrhea n nausea since this morning and that is the only thing we ate yesterday. Not sure what got us sick from there but something was definitely wrong after eating there.
Me and my wife just had the best Arby's meal we've ever had. Wife had the Smoked Brisket and I had the Gyro. Super tasty
Curly fries were all about an inch long. Rather hard to dip.
Lots of flies bumping into my face the whole meal.
No toilet paper in the bathroom sealed the deal and inspired me to write this review.
I like their 2 for $6 deals, that's the o lyrics reason I go there. The manager is Hella rude and she's teaching the kids she trains to be the same way. To bad she has such a bad attitude and is passing it down to the young employees she is grooming.
While enjoying my lukewarm sandwich, I bite down on something crunchy. To my surprise I pull out a very large, jagged fingernail. I call the office to let them know and unfortunately they were indifferent. I ask for the HQ contact info and I was informed to search online. There was no contact number, so I sent multiple emails, and am yet to hear back. Worst fast food experience of my life, though the women that served me at the front desk; also a super was kind, and empathetic so I don't want this to reflect on everyone working at this establishment.
The food is amazing! But they ran out of roast beef right after my order. This has happened to me before. Don't think a roast beef place should run out on a Friday night.
