I'm not a picky person but the fries in my order were so rock hard they might as well have been fossilized. I literally could not eat a single one. Were these fried for half an hour??? Who on earth would scoop these up and put them in an order thinking they're even close to edible. Thanks for the granite curly fries guys.
I stopped by here for lunch and ordered the Fresh Market buffalo wrap with a side of curly fries, but I was pretty disappointed with the food. The tortilla on the wrap was rock hard—seriously, that’s a feat. There’s no way microwaving or reheating did this; it had to have been sitting out for a while. As for the curly fries, they weren’t curly at all. They were cold, and I only got the tiny, end pieces. On top of that, the service was slow. There weren’t any cars around, yet it still took them 10 minutes to prepare my order. Why bother with fast food when it’s neither fast nor good?
Last week I spent $35.00 got home with 3 large orders of fries that looked like this. The bread on all 3 sandwiches were completely soaks. Had to remake them with our own bread from home. The fries all went to trash. Didn't bother calling to complain because nobody is listening or cares.
I dont know why the reviews are bad. The quality of the food is great and so are the prices. Why do you expect 5 star service at a place that charges $5 for three items? if the food is good I’m ecstatic. They are consistent
If you wanted a fast food roast beef sandwich instead of a fast food something else, than this is where you'd go.
There are teenage looking boys working here and I was very scared my food would come out poorly. The wait took forever. However, the boys wrapped everything very nicely and the food was cooked really good! I was surprised! I never had a chicken ceaser wrap that was wrapped so neatly! Keep it up boys and dont let these negative reviews deter you from continuing to do a good job. there are people who appreciate it
I understand going through a drive thru during lunchtime that more than likely there will be longer than normal wait times. During My youth I’ve worked drive thrus and one of the things I was taught during training is to try to have the guest in and out in less than 3 minutes tops from the time you pull in, place your order and drive off with your food. I got in line here at approximately 12:10, there were about 3-4 cars ahead of Me and wasn’t able to drive off until 12:30 AND NEVER GOT MY SIMPLE ORDER OF A SINGLE JALEPENO SLIDER!!! That was it!! That was all that I ordered!!! A 20 minute wait… FOR NOTHING!!! Going by the most recent and past reviews; I’m not the only person who has had a TRASH experience at this Arby’s. I might return in the future if I am desperate and hungry enough.
Took 3 try’s to make a lemonade, metal fragment in the drink, no ac for the workers, Mott’s usually fire here but they were broken, fries were old cold and dry. Sorry I usually love this location ????
