Everything was clean. I was greeted immediately upon entry. The employee was very helpful and courteous. We received the food which was hot and tasted amazing. Upon leaving we were told we were welcomed to come back again and told they wished we had a great day. Awesome location.
At 3 PM on a Thursday afternoon, I went through the drive-through at this location on the corner of Dixie Highway and Seward in Fairfield. The restaurant was not busy. There was one car ahead of me in line as a drive-through window. And I saw one couple sitting inside the dining room. I ordered a four piece mac & cheese bites. You’ll see in the photo, they were fried rock hard, were literally dripping in grease, and they were practically burnt. They had obviously, already been cooked, sat under the heat lamp till they got cold, then thrown back in the fryer, long enough to heat them back up and burn them. When I came back through the drive-through to show them at the window, what I had been given, the employee that greeted me was polite. However, the manager that the retrieved to perform the refund was not. I did ask for the manager, I do not like to complain/return food, and I do not like to leave bad reviews. However, the manager that performed my refund was unpleasant and unprofessional. It may not seem like a big deal, but I only get to go out to eat one time a week and I can spend no more than five dollars on myself on these trips. The messed up food I can easily forgive, the fact that you ruined my only pleasant experience for this entire week I cannot.
I'm a long time Arby's regular roast beef lover. Not any more. Even before the price went up here recently I had problems with receiving regular roast beef sandwiches with practically no meat...about 3 or 4 slices total. Now they're 2 for 7 instead of 2 for 6. Same problem at this location. I don't know the lady's name but she's really tall and heavy set...it seems to be the days she's working that the roast beef sandwiches come with not enough meat to feed a 3 year old. I'm a hungry blue collar worker that wants what you offer in your slogan...we have the meats. At this Arby's...you have the bread. They gave me a hard time when I asked for a refund and offered to make me new sandwiches instead. Thanks but no thanks. I like mine without spit I said. And that's the last time I'll ever go there. I'm a professional butcher by the way...I have more meat than you do apparently lol
Not only was it so unprofessional the lady at about 1pm in drive thru was extremely rude! We’ve gotten the meal deal that was available before and all I asked was “is that a still a thing” she yelled “NO” and I said “ok” and she kept rushing me with 0 to no little people behind me! She needs to have better customer service because if you don’t feel like working then go home it’s no customers fault you are having a bad day.
I ordered the new fried turkey sandwich and it came with a single thinly slice of turkey. The fries were fresh though. I don’t think the value is there for the turkey sandwich.
I really don't know what happened to this Arby's restaurant. It use to be so good, and the food came out so hot, and fresh. Well yesterday me and my fiance stopped in the driveway through to get get some food. We always get the same thing pretty much. I got a 1/2 reg roast beef and my fiance got a double beef in cheddar, plus we both got large curry fries. The fries looked and tasted like they had been cooked, and then thrown back into the fryer and cooked again because our fries was burned, and so hard you could even eat them. Plus the roast beef didn't taste all that great either. I am really disappointed in this restaurant. Because I love Arby's. The manager replaced the food for another day. But my dinner was totally ruined for tonight!!
Used to frequent here for dinner food was always good but had a bad experience with a manager in reference to my food she was very unprofessional and treated me very poorly all over my cold French fries so I will never visit this location anymore hopefully she improves her attitude and have better customer service (Kimberly)was her name
Everything was not only cold, but too sloppy to eat without a knife and fork. Oh, and the tea had gone sour.
