Arby's why does it look like someone chewed up this roast beef sandwich? Disgusting.
Stood there for 5 mins. Not one person said welcome or I will be with you in a minute. As I walked in 4 men were leaving, not sure how long they had been waiting to place an order. I left after 5 mins. They just lost 5 sales! Poor mgmt. Poor customer service.
The staff is always so unbelievably rude and lazy here!!!! I ordered a beef n cheddar one night about an hour before closing, they had already started breaking the kitchen down and apparently didn't want to put the slicer back together so I got this disgusting chunk of meat. Do you think the manager did a single thing about it??? NOPE!
After traveling 7 hours the last thing you want to do is wait 40 minutes for your food. Even though they apologized for the delay that was ridiculous!
Food was good but close your eyes if you go inside, the health inspector hasn't been by in a while I see.
Me and my husband love Arby's fish sandwiches and tonight we ordered online and picked up both of lettuce on our sandwiches looked like this it's turning black and when my husband went back in there and showed them they acted if they didn't care at all no one should be putting anything that looks like this on anything anyone eats they should be ashamed of their selves
Last time we came by they had no Meat for sandwiches! Now this time they don't have No Fries! Also Cheesesticks! They have people working in side for what reason! They are making money to just to stand in there to tell you that they are out of Everything. I Believe they just need to shut it down
