The staff has always been friendly but this is the second time I’ve had a food issue. The first time was a solid cold sandwich and this time I pulled a long light brown hair out of my beef and cheddar..
Went in ordered a French Dip meal upgrading with a strawberry milk shake all I had was a $50 and they had no change so I had to leave and go somewhere else. Also there was only 1 child there eating I believe belonged to the lady that said she was a manager. She was also the one that refused me service.
Rosalynd took our order, and she was the sweetest lady. Really appreciate the wonderful service. The Gyros were awesome too.
Poor training was never handed debit card back and was handed order and told to have a nice day. Didn't think nothing of it till I had driven 40 min away and was going to get groceries. Called the store 10 times to get an answer then was told I need ID when I told the idiot every number name and mark on the card. Not only do you pay an ungodly amount to eat out now have to waste time and gas to back track. Train you employees like every where else take payment give back serve food have a good day.
Ate a late dinner, 6:40 pm. This location was not busy. We were the only customers inside. We had the deluxe fish sandwich meals, one with regular fries one with curly fries. Got the Andes mint shakes, yum! Women's bathroom was not working so the only restroom was the men's which is a single restroom that is handicapped.
I really enjoyed going back to an Arby's. Since the other fast-food restaurants have gotten so expensive, it no longer seems like a decadent splurge to have a beef-n'-cheddar. The Richmond Road location will be a regular spot for me from now onwards!
Arby's should stick to their roast beef sandwiches because everything else sucks they don't know how to prepare it
I usually get good food from here, but tonight I ordered 2 fish sandwiches and a fry thru drive thru. about 8:20pm on Saturday the 24th I got home 1 mile away and fish sandwiches were barely warm. I mean almost room temp. I’m wondering how long they been sitting…afraid to eat them. Fries were ok.
