This is specifically to your Holiday deal coupons that you hand out. The deal that is on the coupon is $15.99 for 2 sandwiches, 2 6 piece nuggets, 4 small fries AND 6pc mozzarella sticks. Y’all are giving either the nuggets or the mozzarella and that is not correct. Corporate has even acknowledged that the deal is AND, meaning both! If it was a misprint they would have fixed it, it’s not so all workers at this particular location needs to know this so that they don’t get frustrated with customers who are simply making an order and just want to go about their day. If you personally have an issue with the coupon then contact your corporate and make your case, don’t harass customers. Thank you.
Paid 25 dollars for three sandwiches and one curly fry through the drive through. When we got home, the sandwiches had literally no meat on them, they looked like they had sit out all day also, and the curly fries were nothing but crumbs, only a few complete fries. Ridiculous we paid 25 dollars for this junk. Also, the website said they were running a special this week only for 1 dollar for curly fries which they would not honor because we did not have a coupon. The website didn't say anything about having to have a coupon and didn't offer a coupon to print out or anything. Complete waste of 25 dollars. We also tried calling the store several times to talk to a manager and no one would ever answer the phone at the store. We tried at least 5 times. Doubt we'll ever eat here again!
Love some roast beef then go here. Was fast and fresh. They was out of pumpkin pie, but offered me a replacement.
I love Arby's it's my favorite fast food place. With that said, when I pay nearly $13 for a sandwich, curly fries and a cup of cheddar, I expect to not leave drenched in unsweetened tea! (I ordered sweet). Your cups and lids are the absolute worst! My car seat is soaked, I'm sticky, and I have a meeting in 1 hour. How professional do you think I'm about to look?! If I'm going to have to pay the inflation prices, at least accommodate your customers with decent cups, the right drink order, and would it kill you to put 1 Arby's Sauce w/ each roast beef sandwich! Staff was great and friendly, I would have never posted a complaint, except I'm now wearing my lunch!
As usual, good service and clean dining room. Tried the new Bourbon BBQ Brisket tonight. It was good just not enough bourbon flavor, tasted almost like it was just regular BBQ sauce. If there was more of the bourbon flavor, it would be much better.
Went by for lunch, ordered a gyro combo. I've eaten them from another Arby's so I figured it'd be like the one I previously had. Nope....it definitely was not. This one had very little on it, almost as if I'd requested them to go light on each ingredient. Small amount of tzatziki sauce, lettuce, and tomato. It was seasoned well though but not the quality I'm used to. Definitely not what I expected spending $11 dollars on. Fries were good and fresh.
I just went through the drive thru and all I ordered was a L Jamocha shake with no whip cream and I received a vanilla shake that had whip cream on it….drive thru person needs to learn to listen to what customers want and not just hand them anything and expect them to happy with what they got
This place is still full of drugs. When you go there the staff are high and act like they haven't got a clue what's going on around them. The managers still hasn't done anything to replace the bad ones. Used to like this place but not anymore. What happened to good customer service? This is so sad that this is what we have come to these days.
