Ordered roast beef sandwich. That was not roast beef meat on it. It tasted horrible.went through a drive-through, so I can't really judge the atmosphere other than through the drive-through. And the atmosphere outside the place was not pleasant. I don't think I will ever eat at another Arby's ever again.
Have stopped here many times, and it's always been good. Orders have always been correct, and the food and service are good. They do get busy at times, but they keep it moving, and there's very little wait time. Overall a nice place. Will and would return.
I've been to many Arby's, this is the first time my roast beef sandwich was served at room temperature instead of heated. Curly fries nice and fresh. Sweet tea was good but all the fountain drinks seem to be watered down. Watered down fountain drink seems to be the norm nowadays and fast food restaurants.
Those drinks should taste the same as a 20oz from the grocery store. That's a pet peeve of mine.
We went there this morning around 9:55 a.m , but before we went, I googled to see what time Arby's opened. Google showed they were opened, well not true because the damn door was locked. They must be short staffed like every where else is or they don't want our business
Update... Have had not the greatest experience in the past but that has changed. Just had one of the best sandwiches I have ever had at Arby's: brisket, bacon beef and cheddar! Loaded with meat and very tasty!
Still the best chocolate shake in the the fast food industry.
Visited twice inside and no ice in both machines out front and had to go to the counter. And no carbonation in the sodas very flat.
Second time we have ordered a French dip and not gotten the Ajou sauce! Very frustrating! Tried calling with no results, except an “i’m sorry”. And our fries were cold!! ????
online order for 2 chicken wraps, got there to pick them up, I was told they could not make them, no wraps. waited 45 minutes for 2 sliders to replace 2 chicken wraps. wil
l be a long time before I return, deleted app off the phone too.
Got stupid and did another online order. I went and got it, I surprised it was ready. Once I got home and opened the bag NO FRIES, no more orders from me.
