Best WLM Reviews

I was out in OKC for a trip to a horse show, and honestly, this trip had so many things going wrong with the car and hotel that I was contemplating just cancelling early and paying for a sooner flight home.
I've come to this Arby's 3 times while here on my trip, and every time the service has been stellar. The employees are friendly, and as silly as it might sound, the employees made visits here one of the few bright points on my trip, which is probably why I returned two more times. They even wrote a nice note on my last bag--I stopped for lunch before heading to the airport--it was a really nice touch.
Anyway, thank you to this Arby's and its wonderful staff for being the uplifting point of this trip. You guys are definitely doing it right.
If corporate/management sees this post, please let the employees know they are doing a stellar job and their kindness was one of the highlights of my whole weekend trip, and please thank them again on my behalf.????
I bought Chicken Tenders and Potato Cakes... for THREE CONSECUTIVE days! I've never been one to patronize a fast-food restaurant, but I enjoyed my meal each time, even tho I went there for my husband. And where else could I get a Mellow Yellow drink. (P.S. All Arby's are NOT created equal! The same tenders were AWFUL in OKC!)
The two employees working around 3:30pm on 8/30/24 really did an amazing job handling things when they needed more help. Their customer service went above and beyond expectations. It would be nice to see the workforce not have to handle the work load of more than they should in their jobs.
This store was fine for many months of me going here as it is close to my work. The last three visits have had the poorest quality sandwiches I've ever had at an Arby's. I honestly think I can slice meat thinner by hand than what they've been serving me. I don't know if someone wasn't properly trained on the slicer or just doesn't care, but I'll probably not be back to this location.
Excellent service. There was only 2 employees but both were smiling and very polite.
Amazing sandwich stop! Their Loaded Italian sandwich/sub is in a unique toasted italian bun(incredible bun!) with smoked meats of ham, salami, pepperoni, banana peppers, tomato, lettuce, red onion, and red wine vinaigrette with garlic aioli and swiss cheese, comes cut in 2 diagonal complementary halves does not disappoint! It is one of their best sandwiches; one of the most insurmountable sandwiches/subs on the map! Fast friendly customer service. All my visits at this spot are typically 5 star.
UPDATE: 5/26/20.
My initial review of 5 stars was 6 months ago. My stars rating for that time still stands. Tonight at 9:20 is the second time I called to get a cherry turnover and left empty handed which is disappointing. I feel how hard a job and how long a job is a cherry turnover and that there's plenty of time til close to make one and why not just make one and make the customer happy. I picked up a Coke somewhere else to go with the turnover, and the Coke is now kind worthless without my cherry turnover. The window woman sounded very personable and polite about no cherry turnovers.
Wnet through and ordered food. They were slow and slightly rude. When I ate my philly it was nasty. My husband felt sick after his cheddar and beef. Didn't think anything of it at first. Go to eat our French dip and it didn't even have bread on half of it. So now I'm wondering when our food was made and how long it sat before they served it. I tried calling the store and no answer. Getting ready for a nasty bout of food poisoning. Not even worth the 1 star. Never going back.
I don't usually do one star reviews, but I've tried going to this Arby's on my lunch break multiple times over the last few months and it's always the same thing. I have to wait in the drive thru line for 10-12 minutes just to get to the speaker and have no one say anything for 2 or more minutes. I had to drive off today as it just seemed hopeless after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru line for one person to have their order taken.
