What on earth? This is horrendous. I've been to Arby's all over the place, and even in Gas Stations, and its relatively decent. This one in Robertsdale, however, has sadly disappointed me.
I just paid $7.99 for the "Signature" Smokehouse Brisket Burger and $4.19 for a 6pc chicken nugget. Not only was there almost nothing on my burger, it was missing the items shown in the picture. I'm going to post a picture of my sandwich and an advertisement of what it was supposed to look like. To top it off, it is cold and absolutely inedible. Rubbery and gross.
I can't eat this garbage. I won't eat this garbage. I will just cook up something at home now that I have worked 12 hours today drove home and hoped to avoid the kitchen after spending money at a restaurant. What a waste of my time and money.
My son got the 6 pc chicken and the pieces were smaller than the tips of his thumb. He looked at me with disappointment. Barely even a snack for him. Nuggets? They don't even qualify as bites.
Just terrible. Is this what meets the expectations for a restaurant in Robertsdale? We have so few restaurants, why is this what we have to deal with? I'm regretting ever stopping at this place.

Order placer spoke of special, not on inside marque, (several, if not all) individuals standing in line took advantage Great sales person! Food was great as always. The restaurant was very well kept.
It seems to be a lot better than it was previously. They're not going to win any awards for presentation but at least the food tastes good. Service here used to be really bad but it's gotten better over the last few years in my experience. Cleanliness may still be a little below expectations but it's about average for fast food.
Ordered online, picket our P/U time. Arrived at designated time as employee was placing order on P/U shelf. Order was exactly as placed. Food was warm and great tasting. Will surely use this establishment going forward.
Food we received was good but couldn't get what we wanted because they were out of roast beef! How does Arby's run out of roast beef? Obviously they don't have the meat! Not to mention we waited in the drive thru for 30 mins with only one other car there with us!
Did the drive thru, super fast in and out, food was hot and they didn't over ice my drink, excellent work guys
Excellent place to get a quick bite to eat, contemporary clean and neat dinning room, restroom and premises will make you comeback to eat again. Friendly staff you can watch fix your food behind a prepping table window.
Fast friendly service, always have my orders made perfectly, hot and fresh. <~~ this was my previous review.. I'd have kept it that high, but when I got home today everything was good, except for my large fry was barely even halfway.. see picture below... Not sure how i orderered a large and got this..pretty upsetting I'll be switching to gulf shores Arby's if this happens again..
