I wasn't feeling well so we ordered through door dash. I got a medium lemonade with my meal, I had to pay $1.16 extra for the good lemonade when it came it was in a small cup. So not only do you pay extra for the "good stuff" they give you less than what you should get. Make it make sense.
I stopped in here while I was hiking the Rock Island Trail. I had 2 regular roast beef sandwiches to go. They were good. Hit the spot.
I had came in for dinner. Asked for a few extra Arby's sauce and to make sure the fries were fresh. They gave me no Arby's sauce in the drive through and so I came in to the store, thinking they forgot and they were very rude and said they could only give me 4 when I came in. The fries were cold and some how the mozzarella sticks were as well. Terrible customer service all the way around
I pulled up at 10:45. 15 minutes before close. There were already 2 cars in the drive thru in front of me. Yet when I got to the speaker to place my order I was met with silence. Nobody came on the speaker to take my order and they just pretended I wasn’t there. I’m guessing they decided they didn’t want to make any more food so they took it upon themselves to ignore a paying customer. I know it sucks to go somewhere right before they close. But I work late so late night drive thrus end up being my best option sometimes. It just seems crazy to me that they would pretend I wasn’t even there while there were still 2 other cars in the drive thru. After 5 minutes I gave up and left. Don’t know that I’ll be back after that.

The location and the upkeep of the building is kind of sketchy. However they got the meats and the gentleman and the drive-thru was awesome By far the best representation of courtesy and customer service that you want your customers to see.
***UPDATE****. Let me say this I have never seen a restaurant location whole such a hard 180. The building is lit up bright renovated clean and very very inviting I ordered through the app that way I could receive 25% off the smoke and deal by the way. Went into grab it to my astonishment it was ready super quick I'm floored keep up the good work.
I ordered 2 sandwiches. How do mix up Brisket with chicken pattie????? very disappointed
