Feel cheated. Ordered the BLT thing and it had barely any bacon at all. I asked the manager and she said that's marketing. No it is lying and cheating the customer. The picture clearly shows a much larger portion of bacon than what I was served. They are marketing me right out of eating there in the future. Very disappointed to say the least.
The guy who took care of us was pretty nice. BUT OMG THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!!! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT KIND OF BUN THE ROAST BEEF WAS ON BUT IT WAS HARD AND VERY DRY!!! AND FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY WHERE IS THE ROAST BEEF!!???? THE SANDWICHES ME AND MY DAUGHTER GOT THERE WAS LITERALLY NO ROAST BEEF!!! DEFINITELY DID NOT LOOK REMOTELY CLOSE TO THE PICTURES THEY PUT UP!!! Why put up pictures when your food looks NOTHING LIKE THAT!!! I was Extremely disappointed with the food!, Me and my daughter both took off the top of the bun because it was too hard and dry!! And can’t call the store cuz all they do is get an attitude!! Save myself the headache!!! And we walked there!!! Should have walked to McDonald’s probably would have been better AND I DON’T EAT OR LIKE MCDONALD’S!!! AND NO COUPONS!!!
Julius is very helpful, patient and kind. People like Julius make the world a better place. Something as simple as a short friendly conversation can really make someone’s day. The service was also quick and efficient. Thanks to the staff at this location for being awesome!
I was served a brisket sandwich that was all fat, to the point where it was like biting into subcutaneous fat suctioned from a plastic surgery recipient, served between two sad buns.
Servers didn't seem to care. Don't go here if you want mediocre food. There's a shitty McDonald's and Taco Bell that at least serve barely edible food.
Used to like coming here until the last few times. Every time my frys are old and hard, chicken tender sliders are always tough guess they still use the expired tenders for them back when I worked for Arby’s. the employees especially the manager are always snarky and argumentative. And they are not cleanly there or follow proper food and waste protocols. Sandwiches are always sloppy made too.
First time at this location and more than likely the last. Drive through service wasn't the most pleasant. I ordered a Beef & Cheddar meal. Fries were good but when I made it home I realized there was no cheese on the sandwich, the meat tasted bad and the drink was small. Felt like I just wasted my money, thanks alot Arbys!
Had an item valued at $7 missing from my order. So-called "manager" seemed clueless on issuing a refund because I used the app to order. Tells me to call the area manager on Monday. For a refund? Seriously?
Other places that I have ordered from with Uber Eats or their own app have resolved my problem within seconds, a typical chargeback that reflects in 1-2 days. Not with Arby's though. First and last time I'm ordering from this location. Portillo's is better anyway.
Does everybody see this? This is a raw burger disgusting and my mom ate half of it and did not know it was raw from Arby’s. This is unacceptable. I don’t know who they got working up here but they need to be fired before they lose their job
