I was disappointed with my visit this time. For some reason, the roast beef tasted off. It smelled and tasted like it was either freezer burned, burned, or expired. Additionally, I found some weird brown fiber/thread attached to one of my curly fries. I didn't notice it until it was in my mouth, which was very unappetizing. I ended up throwing my food away, and so did two of the three other family members who got Arby's that night. The third person has been sick ever since.
The app doesn't give an option to have no ice in my drink. However, there's a woman who recognizes my name and is already on top of making sure my order is made the way I like it. THANK YOU.
Have given this place another chance. Have been sadly disappointed several times throughout COVID with lack of service and food quality. Food was pretty fresh and tasted good. Service by the young fellow was very good. He was swift and attentive and remembered what we told him in the time between us speaking and entering it into the computer, which has not been the case in the past. He explained the new menu offerings. Very nice fellow came out to table twice. Impressed with him and wish I could remember his name. Then there was the soda dispenser. I should not complain since we never drink the poisonous soda... only water and brewed tea. Zoom in and look at the picture and then ask yourself 'how long must this have been building up?' I believe it's calcium, but who knows?
Overall very good. Service very good.Cashier friendly and respectful.Fast service.Roast Beef sandwich good not great. The bun was smallest and looked like it was for a jr. Meat flavor was a little off.Arbys is my favorite sandwich in the world.Very clean restaurant except floor was sticky.
I’m leaving this review for Levi. My husband and 2 children were broke down by this Arby’s and he was so very kind to them. It’s so very heartwarming to know there are still good people in this world. I want to say thank you Levi! Your parents raised an awesome young man.
Great Beef n Cheddar's, Try the Sweet potato Fries. The Family likes all the food here. The Drive Thru is Fast and the staff is freindly and does not Rush you when ordering. Very courteous at the window. DRIVE THRU open, I did not see anyone inside.
Ok so I decided to edit my previous post as I went to this location and the service has been much better. Now I will say I have one issue, I typically get a large crinkle fries no salt and 2 times I have been shorted fries. No, there are no fries in the bag I checked.....wish there was though because they clearly didn't fill this at all for the second time. An no...I did not eat any prior to taking the photos.
Community is what makes or breaks a business. Regardless if you have a mom and pop, you are franchised or
corporate owned. It was sad to watch when Whataburger sponsored a local school event, the management of Arby’s instead of finding out how they could earn business and give back to their community chose to threaten the students that if they didn’t move their cars they would be towed. Notice how many cars are here. Sad to see a business choose not to grow.
