I was there at 7pm only customer in the store so it's not like they are busy. They chose to put that sandwich together and sell it to me that way. I'm not sure I'll be returning to this store. I did return it today and the manager that I spoke with replaced it but that doesn't change the fact that they seen nothing wrong with the original one that I bought last night.
*Attention Management I been going to this location for along time but lately this place is going down hill really quick !!! First of all you go to the drive thru and the lady’s that work there give you attitude !!!! That’s a big NO with me I’m a paying costumer am not asking for “FREE FOOD” here … today May 25 2022 went to this location to try the new Wagyu Deluxe Burger and when I got to the window I got nothing but attitude almost throw the drinks and food on my lap like … she was doing me a favor if you don’t like working there find another job you can’t treat customers like that ! When we opened are sandwiches they ware all thrown in there and they were soaked in sauce very messy!!!! And in top of that they took forever to make them and she forget to give me straws like I was going to drink from a cup that they touch with no gloves ???? to MAKE MY STORY SHORT I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION ARBYS JUST LOST A COSTUMER !!!
So I was in the mood for some fast food. Quick search of the area and found this Arby's. I ordered the roaat beef and cheddar sandwich. The rest of my party ordered a bacon ranch burger and a French dip and swiss sandwich. We all had curly fries.
Food came out hot and fresh. Everyone enjoyed their sandwiches . Had a variety of soft drinks and teas to choose from.
I would most definitely come back to this Arby's for food.
I stopped coming to this Arby's location because about 7 months ago I was in the Drive-Thru I ordered about $55.00 worth of food for my family, the girl that waited on me was so rude gave me such an attitude for ordering all the food, I thought this was so unprofessional I never came to that location again. Today I happened to be in the area I stopped to get lunch around like 11:40 the lady was very nice in the Drive-Thru.. it looks like there's more professional groups working there now. . I'll start getting food at this location again.
Stopped there for my fiance because he was hungry, he enjoyed it. I can't eat fast food, anymore. Makes me sick, since I started a new medication for my diabetes. Arby's I do like their fries, chicken sandwiches are good also.
Very clean location. Asked the worker for a couple extra sauces and he absolutely loaded our bag up. Very friendly staff overall.
Arby’s always tastes great! Tried a French dip for a change , was pretty good but my fav is still beef and cheddar!
Excellent, my first time there, their systems were down so we waited for about 10 mins, which was ok it was our choice to wait, they took orders without using ps system just writing it down on a piece of paper, which was cool because they still served us no matter what, and best of all the food was delicious!!!
