Staff, service, food quality, and even the other customers have always been the best at this location. The other night our car broke down at this location. I only had about 20 bucks to my name, but the 3 young kids we had with us were antsy and starving so I made the decision to get them Arby's with the last of my money, but we had to keep it cheap (Their father doesn't get paid for another week and a half at his new job). We go in and there was a nice gentleman in line behind us, I'm assuming he was a truck driver. He told us he missed his grandkids and wanted to do something nice, so he offered to pay for our entire meal! As if that wasn't enough, he added on a $50 Arby's gift card! It was so sweet. So fast forward to today, we went in for breakfast before school to use our gift card, but it wouldn't work for some reason. We were just going to cut our losses, but then one of the staff members paid for our food ???? I am just so grateful for the generosity that has come out of that place for our family. You all rock!!!!
This was a good lunch, one table was dirty but not terribly.
All time favorite Arby’s! These guys are always on it. Food always tastes great. I refuse to eat at any other Arby’s and I’m not from that area. Great manager operating that store. She’s got a great attitude. Keep up the good work!!
I thought the milkshake was on special but it wasn't and honestly wasn't very good. Prices are to high. I spent $35.00 for 3 people. 1 kid meal and a 3 for $5 and it still was $35.00.
The lady at the windows was very positive and friendly.
Prompt and friendly service. Accurate order which came quickly. Clean facility. And of course hot and tasty fresh Arby's food. Really can't ask for more from truck stop fast food joint. No complaints whatsoever.
I ordered the new brown sugar bacon BLT. I was highly disappointed to find it was mostly normal bacon with just some broken up bits of the brown sugar bacon tossed on it. And then the bacon was not separated, so regular on one side and brown sugar on the other. I feel like I was scammed! So just beware you are paying for the promotional bacon, but getting the cheaper normal bacon.
My favorite place to stop whenever I'm back home in Toledo, the food is flawless and the workers are so cheerful thanks for upping the standard every single time!!
I've stopped here before. Always clean and friendly. Went thru the drive thru today. Small order, classic RB and ice tea. Asked for an arbys sauce which wasn't in the bag. No big deal, I don't always use it. I had pulled into a spot to unwrap the sandwich. As I went to leave I see the drive through attendant next to my car with a sauce packet. She saw me parked and brought it out before I could unwrap my food. Like I said. Always friendly. Will stop here again on my trips through the area. I'm just sorry I did not get her name! Thanks!
