I was just trying to get something quick at the drive-thur, when I order a large curly fries. I asked if they could be nice and hot please. I was greeted by a pleasant woman at the windows, who asked to to pull forward it would be a couple mins. When I pulled forward and waited the order was cold and old fries were given to me. This is the third time this happens which hence the poor review.
I went there the other day with my wife, I got the French dip sandwich it was still pretty good, pretty much like I remembered it, except it seems like the portions are getting smaller but it seems that way all over, still good taste. My wife enjoyed it as well. Go check them out if you want a good roast beef or French dip also check us out.. Eternal Escapades on YouTube ????????????????????
Honestly this sucks cuz I really like this location it's one of the few places that I can go where it's not an absolute circus but tonight it was I was quiet and I was in tears and I ordered a number 13 and all I wanted was my food not to be pointed at and laughed at by the entire drive-through crew the window does crack a little bit where you can hear pretty much everything that they're saying too it didn't appreciate that I hope y'all have a merry Christmas though thanks from somebody who won't
Very good. Hot, fresh food. Parking at this Arby's is a challenge and even more of a challenge getting out when cars are in drive through.
I love this Arby’s, Kaci handles everything that we all really love to eat. She went above and beyond!
Ordered my food. Service was rude. Ordered curly fries, got some curly fries, mainly crinkle fries, and it didn’t even fill the container.
Went through the drive thru and got a Buffalo chicken wrap. Waited at least 20 min at the drive thru and it was not edible. Drowning in Buffalo sauce.
I wish I could give them a negative one when it comes to rating this specific restaurant the people there are so rude I canceled my entire order because of the attitude that I got in the Drive-Thru window from an employee it seems to me that if you don't want to be at work don't go in don't take your attitude to work and share it with the world
