Went through drive thru and ordered French dip and fruit punch. My sandwich was hard like it had been made the day before and the meat was dry but Luke warm they forgot my aus. Had to go back to get aus but had to wait in a long line inside the store. It was not a good day because the aus was practically water. I did not eat my sandwich at all. $9 for a sandwich and drink down the drain. I hope it's better for the next customer because my experience was not the best.
Every once in a while I figure I want to test my patience and go to Arby's. As expected, my order was wrong and I blame myself because I know this dump of a restaurant is always wrong and didn't check my order before I left. How does a beef and cheddar only get beef....Also just realized the sandwiches we did get were entirely different buns than normal. I'll give it another shot in 10 months or so. Don't know how orders get messed up when there are never anymore than 3 customers on site.
Manager Matt was the best I have ever met our was incorrect last night he offered a credit. Today we went to get dinner. Then my car wouldn't our guardian angel Matt gave us a jump and my car started. Thank you Matt for helping with our car . What a great manager he is. Kudos
Literally waited in line for 25 minutes for 3 cars got my food finally with a number 3 large. I received no au ju and they completely just forgot my tenders and straw for the drink. Also made me late for my lunch break. Absolutely terrific. Thanks for not getting my food and the fact it took 25 minutes for 3 items is absurd
Food thrown together, horrible mess when you open the wrapper, they barely get the cheese on the beef and cheddar as you can see by all of the cheese that I wiped off the paper. Add to that you order crinkle cut fries and they type in curly fries. All in all very dissatisfied with this store and the quality of the food they produce. Friendly staff does not compensate for bad food. Friendly staff does not compensate for getting the order wrong. You wonder if they've been trained at all.
My family went through the drive thru around 4:45pm, we were charged for food we did not receive, the chicken was disgusting and old, fries were cold and also old, roast beef was also cold, called the store, explained the situation to a manager and was told we were lying LOL I am now on the phone with corporate, spent over $30 for disgusting old a$$ food, save your time and your money when it comes to 2nd shift here- they do not care. The manager is absolutely rude and gross and doesn’t care about her job and it’s very obvious.
Use caution when using the Arby's app at this location! If there is an error in your order this Arby's will do absolutely NOTHING to help correct the issue. As a matter of fact when I had an issue with a mistake with my online order (Overcharged & Incorrect Order) I was told by a rude, unhelpful employee that "This Arby's is not associated with the Arby's app and there is nothing we can do for you." What??? How is Arby's not associated with their own app? And good luck getting a response from anyone from the app by the way. Absolutely terrible customer service all around!
Arby's usually has it together. Not tonight. Order the BLT and got the brisket sandwich. A girl working in there was mad about something and may have been the cause of the distraction. We got our food, planning to eat later and didn't see the problem until then. See photos
