Always good service and food. Noted on our last visit (8/17) the layer of gross dust and trash in the dining room. Definitely should free up a staff member to clean more than the just the tables.
Wow, stopped going to Arby's since they stopped making potato cakes, just went again, they have great new types of sandwiches, had a Reuben and it was great now about those fries, he asked if I wanted krinkle or curly and I said crinkle, I got curly, well they are not the potato cakes but they were not bad.
Oh, that's horsy sauce another of my Arby's favorites unfortunately I do not have a Arby's close to us anymore since the downtown Renton store closed but I can stop at one in my many travels. ????
The food is always great, the people are awesome, but sometimes it takes a while to get our food, so we typically order from the app and do "pick up."
Depressing atmosphere, but what made it a bad experience is that they do no participate in the specials as other Arby's locations. I love Arby's and I've eaten for the last week and I've gotten the 2 for 6 at two other locations as recently as yestersy. They said they haven't "had it for months."
Seems like a franchise that would rather have bad customer experiences that abide but the national specials. Sad.
Store is really gross. Tables and floor are all greasy, the locked bathrooms are filthy, restaurant has a dirty odor as soon as you walk in... what happened to the Silverdale Arby's? Used to be nice
Just stopped by to grab quick dinner to go for my wife and I. Sandwiches were good like I remember and the Apple Turnover was even better than I have had at an Arby's before. Good visit!
Long wait for disappointing food. Not the first time . Fries are definitely not up to par. They are little pieces of who knows what.
Usually try to get a photo before I take a bite but that was impossible this time.
Comedy night was excellent and the food was even better
