So last night I was starving and against my friends judgment I went ahead and got food through the drive thru. He refused only getting a milkshake. Until I got my food I couldn't understand why he hated Arby's. It was the worst food I've gotten from Arby's ever. I bragged Arby's up for food that my dog wouldn't even eat! The bun was hard the meat was cold the fries were cold hard and disgusting. And my milkshake was half full with whipped cream as the other half and it still wasn't even close to howitzer was supposed to be. highly disappointed
Normally, I have a decent experience but its becoming more & more often that an item is forgotten. Today is particular, I decided to go through the drive thru. I wasnt given a receipt. When I got home, I found that my sandwich was missing - normally, I would check before I leave but today I was in a rush. I wasnt sure if I was even charged for the sandwich, so I called. The manager was very nice & apologized as I had been charged for the sandwich. She said I would be given a meal instead of just the sandwich & a free sandwich voucher for a later date since I had driven home (15 minutes away) before realizing. Upon returning to pick up my order an hour later, I wasn't even given a bag: just the sandwich in a wrapper, no voucher & no meal as promised. Do not leave without checking your bag to make sure everything is there
As a resident I've experienced he'll here since this new company room over I can't even lie. They want to make it a 5: Star but it ain't working and there coldchearted and have no respect for the residents we don't dark p feel. Depending on the type placement you'll looking to get into this place may or may not be for you... Of your younger stay far away...n food is not the near but cafeteria workers are the best things here so judge door yourself and there therapy is pretty decent I sayn3 out 5 stars n therapy
Ordered reuben meal with a “regular” lemonade. The lemonade is so small and such a rip off it was literally 2-3 sips. Gave me the wrong sandwich. Was nasty too. The fries were cold and unseasoned.
Got there almost before they closed, the employees were nice and my food came out in a timely manner. I just love the market fresh turkey bacon ranch sandwich combo with a vanilla milkshake.
This is the best Arby's I've ever been to. Wonderful staff that doesn't seem like they hate their job. Chick-fil-A level service here. I will always return to this location in the future.
Traveling back to W.V. from our home town visit we stopped for a quick bite to eat.I tried the new steak sandwich buttered garlic and it was very tasty just about all one could want,fresh ciabatta bun,plenty of bacon and steak. The curly fries were ok and the cheese sticks hit the spot. She had the classic roast beef and a side salad and reported both were very good . A good choice for lunch, the price point was a bit high but well worth the investment, ARBY'S you did it again. We got the MEAT!
It was great last time. This time, not so much. Watched the girl working the drive thru eating at the window. Ordered the turkey swiss sandwich and I had to come home and add more turkey to the two slices on there. Definitely not like the picture and not worth the price. Can't go back because the register ran out of tape and she only gave us the top of the receipt.
