Great food, and what’s even greater is the wait time. I’ve been going here everyday nearly for two weeks on lunch because we are on a job up this way and I’ve gotten my food in 2 min or less after ordering each time!
I've seen some good reviews and a few bad ones, so I felt the need to share my experience it has always been top notch for myself they have a awesome crew and managers are great too. Never had a bad meal but I have seem mess up a order a couple of times which happens it's just life I worked in fast food over 10 years so I know but they always are more than happy to re make your order ????
The manager of this location is great. Always keeps the store and area around clean and in order. The staff is always polite and courteous. More restaurants in this area could use this Arby’s as an example of the way things ought to be done.
I've only ate here twice but I'd really like to say as far as "Fast Food" goes arbys really out does there self they are always extremely nice and polite when dealing with the employees, they do there best to take your order and get your food to you fast as possible and even if your having a bad the ladies who work inside will find a way to cheer you up

If you want a fish snack this is it! Small pcs of fish..potato cakes soaked in grease..and were put in strofoam tray evidently straight out grease to tray and melted/stuck to tray no napkin or paper underneath.. picture #4. On pic #3 look at potato cakes fried with fish they're covered with meal. I have bought them before but no meal on them at another time..the tartar sauce ...tangy! Not like tartar sauce to us .we bought 2 dinners 3 pc and a 4 pc .drink watered down.. peach lemonade tasted like watered peach tea to me..my husband wanted to take me somewhere else but nooo I wanted to try Arby's new fish...should have went with his suggestions..very disappointed in Arby's..we went to the one in forestdale and they had NO FRIES NO CURLY FRIES..SOUTHSIDE ARBY'S WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER DRIVING SO FAR WITH THE COST OF GAS HIGH TO WASTE OUR MONEY.
Arby’s has always been one of my favs fast food restaurants. This location is very clean, the staff is very friendly and they also have their own parking space.
The robot working the register thinks I'm going to wait until 15 new customers order before glancing over to hand me a delivery that's been done for 10 mins. Highly disrespectful.
I was traveling through Birmingham today to the doctor and stopped at Arby’s to get food. My order was almost $30. Well you would think you would get good service right or the food would be good right now. Neither guy that gave us order just pushed it over to us and I was going to check it, but we were in a hurry and the chicken nuggets the chicken wraps and the chicken sandwich were all hard as a brick, so I’ve been trying to call them for six hours. They’re still not answering so when the district manager reads this, can you give me a call?
