Empty building still waited 10 mins just get my ordered taken. The staff behind counter was completely lost. Older heavy (employee) set guy trying his best to flirt with a much younger get person working the front
This is no doubt the friendliest and cleanest Arby’s I have ever visited. The person behind the counter was cleanly, dressed and very polite and friendly. It looks brand new, and even the bathrooms are immaculate. The person at the counter said that this Arby’s has been here for quite some time though.
I tried the smokehouse brisket for the first time, and I’ve got to say it was tender and juicy with good smoky flavor. It does not need any sauce. It’s perfect as it is it actually rivals some of the better barbecue restaurants I have visited. I was just surprised at the quality of the meat and the freshness of the bun. SERVICE was just a tad bit on the slow side, (only about 2 minutes) but well worth the wait for the sandwich. I had a craving for just the regular old Arby’s classic end it to was as good as I remember.
If I am in this area again, I plan on visiting this restaurant
They would not give sauces, they kept my credit card in the drive tru, had to drive back to get it, told them that the food was over cooked and hard, and was told to bring thrnfiod back with the receipt so they could give us a new meal even though they remembered us in the drive thru. Brought the food back then we were told to leave because we voiced our displeasure with the food and service. Manger can out and took a picture of out car and out license plate for some unknown reason.
I just left this restaurant. It is disgusting. There were no other customers inside, yet every table had food residue. There were food scraps all over the floor while at least 6 people stood in the food prep area talking. My food was made incorrectly. As they remade my order, I observed an employee take off his hat and place it directly into the food prep area. I called him out and he responded with, “‘My bad bruh” and laughed. This place is unsanitary and I will be reporting them to the health department.
These guys went over and beyond for me. I for got to ask for double meat they figured out a way to ring it up since I had already paid for my meal. Everyone working tonight was so kind. Great food and great service.
Mixed up our order and gave to another customer. you can tell the fried am Moz sticks were cooked in same old oil. Even after the meal was replaced with new, still tasted old oil.
50 minutes in the drive thru then told to pull up. The manager pretty much through the food at me I told her I wanted to check the food and thank goodness I did because my french dips did not have any Aujus and I asked for ketchup and Arby sauce at the speaker and didn't have that either. I get a little bit of a wait during lunch but I missed my whole lunch break getting food from there.
Fries were to salty. French dip was great. Employee parked at front door not good
