10/24 11:45AM Walked in to a clean facility and was greeted promptly by a friendly energetic staff. Ordered the Chicken Bacon ???? and Swiss (2 strips of bacon under the cheese in the pic) meal with Curly fries and fountain drink. Food was made fresh to order, nothing better than hot fresh curly fries. ???? ???? I added Arby’s Spicy ????️ 3 Pepper Sauce to the sandwich for added heat. Great to see energetic employees making me a delicious meal. I rang their Reward Bell ????️ on the way out for a great job!
I went to this Arby's today. I ordered the beef in Cheddar meal. There was only cheese about on half of the beef and cheddar and the rest was outside the bun. The Curly fries were cold like they had been sitting around a while and not even close to being hot when I got home. I only live two minutes away from Arby's. I went through the drive through.
Friday night beef Sammy? YES. What I didn't expect... is there to be 1 employee working the entire place. Why? A sweet woman, Sarah. She was so sweet and on top of my order! I worry bc a woman alone in this world is incredibly scary.. anything can happen. If we can vote for raises I vote Sarah 100%. Also I vote you don't leave woman alone to work, even if it's slow. ????
That's recipe for robbery. 5 stars, only complaint is consideration for staff safety. Thank you.
Not exactly fast food, LOL. Service is very slow and unfriendly. I would drive out of my way to another Arby's or somewhere else before going here. Bad service on several occasions.
Fast. Courteous. For fast food, very good. Fries tasted a bit "off" and could have been crisp.
This store had razor blade in the food I purchased, when I took it back to them with the uneaten food, I was told get cash if paid that way or if paid with card it would go back to the card. What I wasn't told was it would take up to 30 days to get refunded back on bank card. I had to call them the next day to be told this craziness. 30 day of waiting to get money back because someone in this establishment made a hugh error. Imagine if it was a child eating this and what could have happened, and the manager Brian is a total JERK and insensitive about the who thing.. so is shift leader "I call him" Tyler. Both need to be FIRED...The state Health Department need to go to this location

They absolutely made things right!! They reached out and took what I had to say to heart. I went back again and had a very delicious, and very fresh meal where I sat in their dining area and enjoyed it. Thank you for listening to your customers!!
I don't know if it was because I went in the later evening - 8 pm, but my roast beef was mushy and in small pieces. Was not appetizing at all. This location is usually very good! Hopefully, they just had an off day......
They finally did what they should have done ages ago and bought back potato cakes. This is one of my favorite items on their menu and has been for 40 some years. They should never get rid of them. They're way better than the french fries
