Okay, I really like Arby's, the service was prompt, friendly, and professional, and most of my food was really good, but the chicken in my wrap was pink inside... I don't really know how to rate this, but please don't give people salmonella.... P.s., the picture doesn't show just how pink the chicken was in person.
Wow wow and wow potato cakes are back!!!
I literally stopped going to Arby’s a few years ago because of them getting rid of potato cakes ! So glad they are back and are so delicious!
Worst Arby's around. They have to be told what items are supposed to come with your order which is insane that no one knows how to make their own menu items. Also be aware that they are soliciting high reviews now so when you see all these 5 star reviews with nothing written, they are a lie to get a discount. Buying reviews shouldn't be allowed, it makes the rating system pointless. Stay away from this location. You'll get screwed up orders and bad attitudes from the staff when you point out their mistakes.
I will just say this.... I can make a slider BIGGER than what I was given. The 2 chicken sliders I got are big enough to fill up a five year. These were the smallest chicken sliders I've ever been given and are not worth the 3 for $5. They are more like 1.5 for $2; which means my small drink is making up the difference in cost.
When I ordered these a while back, they were almost 2x the size I got and filled me up. Now, this order did nothing.
STOP inflating the prices and reducing the sizes!!! There is ABSOLUTELY no reason to do this!
I walked in on a hot day. After taking my order, the nice lady at the counter asked if I would like a cup of water. The gal who gave me my order was also exceptionally nice. It is hard to find such exceptional people anywhere in the fast-food industry. Good Job. Now, if they only could find a cook who could fix fries without over cooking them.
Not bad quality. I am very disappointed with my Roben sandwich ???? ???? and the fries were darker and many broken pieces of fries.
The lobby needs attention cleaning. PLEASE!
How is this place even open, and better yet working under the Arby's name. Staff is extremely rude and the food was awful. I am a truck driver and ordered two chicken classics and the chicken was oil soaked and soggy, had to pick the brown lettuce of and the onions were rancid. Asked the lady at the counter about this and she said it was all they have. Really? Watch a couple homeless guys dig through the trash and get cups and then proceed to drink soda, like it was going out of style. Nasty place and I will go elsewhere in the future!!!
Cook Claudia is very good at making food it was hot & fresh nicely prepped, she also assisted me with my meal to a near by table as my hands were full with my kids & things. Cashier Dustin was great at taking my order & bagged it neat.
