Stopped here while passing through and very happy we did. The ladies here were extremely friendly. This should be noticed and they should be rewarded!
Not exactly fast food. Cane in and ordered at 5:05 pm and finally got my four regular roast beef sandwiches at 5:42. It wasn’t even that busy.
Arby's used to be one of my favorite places to go. I haven't been able to go for about a year now because of health reasons. But I went there today, and I have to say that I was very disappointed.
The lady at the counter who took my order was very nice. No complaints there. But the food was substandard.
The chicken sandwich was very bland. The curly fries were mostly overcooked end pieces. And the place wasn't very clean. I had to get some napkins to clean my table off with. The drink machine was leaking and was almost full to the top of the catch tray under it. There was water coming out from under the rug in front of the drink station. Probably from where the drip tray had overflowed.
I was just disappointed. And I was so excited when I got there. I actually made a bicycle trip from over by Highland Park just to go. Because my eyes have got too bad for me to drive. But I'm not sure I'll be going back again after this experience.
Went thru drive-thru at 10:15pm. Food was ready quickly. The fires should have been fresher, but it was late. Staff was nice.
Our food was hot and delicious. The sliders had plenty of meat on them. Our shakes were great. Service was slow but that's understandable and they were very friendly and apologized. The water had a strange taste. Overall a great experience.
Food and people are great. I only gave 3☆ for the atmosphere because I didn't go inside. I don't think I have ever been disappointed at an Arby's.
Very horrible as soon as I get here to order have a girl that can't speak up horrible customer service and when you get here expect to get pulled up to wait 30 mins for the smallest meal
Yall would swear this was bacon! The experience I had here, would be less then a middle school lunch cafeteria... the most expensive meal was less portion then a big mac... oh the employees are not nice! But the district manager was very helpful and apologetic... I don't care if I was offered a years free food... that level of trust isn't there...
