This is the worst Arby’s I’ve ever went to, we had to repeat our order multiple times and when we get the food my sandwich was made completely wrong, I’d asked for peppercorn ranch on the sandwich instead of honey mustard and when I get my sandwich there’s a slip that says the changes but I go to open it up and it’s covered in honey mustard and it’s extremely sloppy. I work fast food and I’d never give someone food like that. And on top of that I got no replacement because instead of replacing it after I called and sent my husband in they told him to lower his voice and were extremely unprofessional handling the situation. I’m calling in the morning because I spent 23$ on food I didn’t even get to eat. And on top of that they messed up our sauces for our mozzarella sticks. Truly disappointing and disgusting, it’s not that hard to work at a fast food place and not mess simple orders up. Get your shit together
One of the best Arby’s my family has been to. We were traveling this past Fourth of July and stopped here. It was very busy, but the staff at the drive-through were super friendly and the food was excellent. My daughter still talks about how good it was.
Super amazing staff late night! Only saw 2 ppl. And they were helpful and the food was fresh! Kudos!
I don’t know what’s happened to Arby’s. Their food is not good. I got a beef and cheddar and it ended almost made me gag. The meat taste old I wouldn’t eat here again.
I went through the drive thru so I won’t rate the atmosphere, but the girl at the window was super nice!!
Best Arby's experience ever. Clerk 340 April 21 2:30 super friendly, food was perfect and the cashier went out of her way to treat us really well. Very hard to find these days and definitely a valuable employee to have. Well done!!
Definitely stay away from this Arby's. Girl behind the counter made a mistake on our order and when we asked her to correct it she had a very bad attitude then went in the back and told the people back there what just happened. They were ridiculing us for correcting their mistake. Once I got the food the two beef and cheddar's look like they were thrown on the ground and microwaved there was sauce and cheese everywhere on the wrapper and they look like they sat in a refrigerator for 2 days.
I had been driving for six hours. The food was good and, the quick service was better. If you're having to drive long distances. Top here if you can or want to.
