I paid $9.50 for this sorry, flat, dry, no meat having sandwich, that looks like I bought it on Wish or Temu. (I posted a pic of what was advertised, as well as a pic of what I got) Right next to my CRINKLE fries that I ordered and didn't get. Smh. Do better. Guy at the window was polite though.
Dani at the drive thru did a superb job with customer service and everything was correct!
Lady yelled at me for. Not picking my food up fast enough.
Never got my receipt or took my name down
We stopped today for a chicken sandwich. It was raw!!!
They didn't answer the phone.
When we came and showed it to them they made my wife another one. It's not a very good place to go, how can I send out uncooked meet....I mean it looked as thought it never seen heat!!!
Update--
I know flood cost has gone up. However , charging a customer $3.03 for a medium sofa is plain criminal!!! If McDonald's charges $1.79 for a soda and still make a profit. Why would you charge a customer $3.03 for a medium soda? Honestly, guys, it's freaking soda!!!
What's happening with fast food restaurants these days? There's just never any consistency! One day, your roast beef sandwich is actually tender and juicy. The next day, you get one, and it's dry like shoe leather!! Curly fries are cold and gard as a rock!Not only that , but somehow, someone is always forgetting to put an item in the bag. No one double-checked to make sure that everything was in the bag! Is everybody "HIGH" at work??
Absolutely terrible the Smokehouse Brisket sandwich tasted like it had been sitting on a shelf all day. And this is a $6 sandwich not worth $2 . My wife had 2 beef n cheddars and they were awful also. another restraunt in Racine that has gone to the crapper.
Just wanted to share the wonderful customer service Evan provided. First let me start off by saying the food, a Wagyu Burger was fresh and delicious! Evan who took my order was genuinely pleasant with such phenomenal customer service skills. I have gone to quite a few establishments and I'll say his professional and pleasant demeanor was a plus!
By far the worst fast food place in town. Idk what happened here but it was always fresh but lately the food is never fresh and the fries are stale! Sad part is I had to wait 10 minutes for a small order then I had to throw 2 chicken sandwiches out because they were grey inside! Whoever they have running the kitchen should be fired!
