TLDR Not sure if it was the automatic greeting but asking if I want to try a promotion as soon as I pull up to the drive through and y'all are sold out of said product? Why are y'all like this? I don't come here often enough and to deal with that nonsense. SMH
For context, pulled into the drive through wanting to try the new turkey gobbler, was greeted and asked i wanted to try said meal, I was like just the sandwich, then the response is well we don't have that do you want just a turkey sandwich? Why would you open with a product you don't have? Again I couldn't tell if it was a computer or not bc that's a thing now to be greeted by an auto message. But put up a sign or get rid of the message or know what's in the kitchen
This has become our favorite fast food restaurant in BCS. It is always very clean. Kade was very helpful in providing good value options and they always have good specials and senior discounts. The food isn't sitting under a heat lamp and is always freshly prepared. The location is not quite on the main drag of Texas Ave, but definitely worth looking for.
My wife and I visit this location at least once a week and your employee Kade is the reason our entire family comes here . He is a true professional. He is constantly cleaning the tables in the floor out front. He waits on you with a smile in a timely manner. He is NEVER on his cell phone like the other employees which we have had to wait on before while ordering because they were on their personal phones. Kade deserves to be recognized for his over and above work ethic. We enjoy our trips to this Arby’s because of Kade and his professionalism.
I am white but I do speak Spanish and I think it's really unprofessional and wrong for your employees to be talking bad and cutting down your customers in Spanish. Not all of us white people are stupid. On top of that Everytime I go in there I have to stand and wait until one of them want to put down there cell phone to wait on me. I can't believe anyone would think this is ok and anyway to run a business.????
Food is good as always. Friendly stuff, clean place, fast service, awesome food, here is really underrated.
I appreciate everyone working tonight that prepared my food! I love Arby’s and tonight’s working members I would have loved to leave each person a big tip but I am yet to be in that position!
For anyone who doesn’t know Arby’s has the best Mozzarella sticks sold at a fast food joint, along side having the delicious curly fries and Cheddar Sandwiches! <3
Take advantage and order with the app with for online only deals like my free any size curly fries and ring the bell if you pick up inside, fun :)

The chicken sandwich is delicious and these both are available on the 2 for $7
I have finally went to Arby's. I have seen the commercial's a million times and have finally went. I'm giving them 5 stars because of their service, not the food per se. I had the 2 for $6 Gyros and they wee alright, but they need to put cheese on them and take of that disgusting red onion. My husband enjoyed it though. I would go back to try their King's Hawaiian.
