Been eating here for about a month while working in town. Food always on point Service is Great. Bathrooms clean. I'm a happy man. 5 stars.
My girlfriend stopped on the way home to get some food for us, my French dip was great, however her roast beef was not, it was old and had obviously been sitting in a pan or whatever it’s stored in for longer than it should have been, by the time I noticed her sandwich, she had already ate a quarter of it, within minutes she was sick, the meat was disgusting, it was dark and almost rubber like, she got food poisoning as a result. She missed a day of work because of your staffs neglect to properly maintain your food. I will never do business with this location again. No offer will suffice, as it took money out of my pocket and not only mine she is now short on a day of work. Terrible, would never recommend
Last night I ordered the good burger meal and the burger was undercooked.
I had never mentioned a refund but the lady over the phone initiated the conversation regarding a refund and that under no circumstances would there be a refund. She offered to recook the burger that I had, I informed her that seemed unsanitary to recook the returned food. She also mentioned that the good burger is medium rare and that is how it is cooked and that I would need to request the burger to be cooked well done. I didn’t want to argue, so I simply told her that I would send my concern to customer service. She argued that food was cooked without even seeing the burger.
The food is really good ,but the milkshakes and root beer floats and all the sweets are horrible.Another thing is they are super slow. They are nice and get it right it’s just that they are so slow. I like it there though because the prices are fair. I would suggest this Arby’s to you. I have never had a bad experience except for them being slow.
N roxboro, always go to this Arby's. First time I have ever gotten burnt dry and old french fries!! I'm very disappointed in the service I received on 3 August 24. You young folks have to do a better job!!!
My chicken sandwich was raw!!!! They said they were sorry but it really didn’t seem like it. Then I had to ask for the refund. You served someone raw meat you should have actually acted like you felt bad.
Good food but not as good as it was it was 10 years ago. Turkey sandwich was good, just a little salty and not juicy.
Best Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Don’t know why the low rating. ???? It’s clean, food came out fast, servers are smiling. 5 stars all the way.
