I ordered 2 sandwiches and a med fry. I have had fries for 6 months. The girl who took my order said everything is fresh. I haven't gotten into the house to check the food yet. I phoned about the cold fries. The night manager was quick to offer to replace the food "any time in the next 2 weeks, just tell them you spoke to Brandon the night manager and they will replace my meal." It was clear he didn't want to hear anything I had to say, he cut me off twice to repeat his offer to replace the food any time. Any time. Day or night. When I made a comment about the girls cutting me off to say everything is fresh. He quickly took back his offer and told me to not come back.
This is ridiculous to think that this would be an acceptable way to serve the chicken wrap I just bought. Not to forget that I also purchased a classic roast beef sandwich that had nothing but hard pieces of meat on it. I was like jerky. I feel completely fooled and robbed for $10
They were out of roast beef again. I may just stop going. The food is delicious, but it's like a pizza place being out of cheese.
My chicken sandwich was hard, dry, cold, bun, cheese, and bacon all cold. This has been my constant experience in this Arby's l. Overall, it is clean and quiet, your greated fine. Good service but food is no good so far.
Here is a picture of a sandwich they tried to serve me, it says it all. It’s supposed to be a Beef N Cheddar. Gross!! Definitely doesn’t look like that last photo.
This arbys location is a joke. Employees make their own hours here apparently. I can't tell you how many times I've driven to this location BEFORE the posted midnight closing hour, pull up to the order box and I might as well be talking to the wall. And by some slim chance someone does come to the order box they are having system issues....again.......
Save yourself the trouble and just drive down to cedar bluff arbys,it's amazing.

Stopped in hesitantly. We just moved to town from Waco, Tx, and the Arby's there was often sketchy. Sandwiches were great, and the service was fast. Our only concern was the cashier throwing up in the restroom.
I'm pretty sure I was lied to tonight. They claimed to not have the doordash order I was picking up. I pulled out line for 2 minutes to find out what I needed to do. Went back to the speaker at 11:34 and they said they're closed. Hours are until midnight.
