I was pleasantly surprised by this sandwich. Of course it’s not gonna look like the picture due to advertising reasons but I was highly satisfied at the sandwich size compared to other sandwiches you may receive from them. If you haven’t already you should try their bourbon bbq brisket sandwich.
The only good experience that I had at this location. Was a young man who took my order. He was friendly and professional. However I watched the cook in the back. They were making making my sandwich. Throwing it around. I mean come on and the sandwich was super hard and so were the fries. The place was very smoky on the inside. The floor was very slippery as well.
I personally like this Arby's on South Blvd and woodlawn. Great customer service and very clean. Today I want to talk about the 5 for $5 online app deal. You get 5 roast beef sandwiches and you can customize if you would like but I just simply wanted the plain roast beef sandwich. A good deal when you're low on funds and want something quick, fulfilling and can feed 5 people or less. I ordered in there parking lot, walked right in and it was ready. Fresh, hot and good with the Arby's sauce.
I know people never review fast food in a positive light. But, this place was fantastic tonight. The service on a really bad night for my family made me smile for the 1st time in 48 hours. Thank you to the sauce lady. It made us all laugh. ❤️
Your employee Emoneay is atrocious and was very rude to me! As a frequent customer, Tyrone Smalls need to be aware of this. She first gave me a small drink and I said I ordered a large and she says, you should have said that when you ordered! When I asked for horseradish sauce, under her breath, she says, you could say may I please…. These rude customers! When I asked what she said, she slammed the drive through window! Get better help
This was my first time at this location. The service was great. There was no line. I ordered a ruben meal with curly fries and a medium Dr. Pepper. The ruben was hot and good, but it needs more sourcrout and thousand island dressing. The curly fries were hot, crispy, and good. My soda was a little flat. The men's bathroom was clean and stocked.
Went through drive thru on 11/26/24 at around 10:20pm. Ordered a French dip, double beef cheddar, and 6 mozzarella sticks.
They gave me 4 mozzarella sticks and didn’t include the dipping stuff for the French DIP. O
Honestly I forget what I ordered (some kind of sammich) but my ride or die had some cheese sticks & a small Dr. Pepper which was on point and the staff was exceptionally courteous, polite, and combined our individual items and saved a few Washingtons... Food prices are crazy high though... The higher ups need to come off the Benjamin's or I'm going elsewhere - the staff earned their pay, I'd have tipped them had the food cost not been enough to make me go on a diet!
