Best WLM Reviews
Excellent food, Excellent helpful friendly staff, Fast Service; Excellent!
I tried the Good burger. It was not what I thought it would be. When you order you have to read the fine print. They make the burgers medium rare, unless specified otherwise. To my surprise, both my kids bit into them and they were pink. However, Melissa the manager was kind enough to apologize, even though I missed the fine print. She even ensured that I could come back and get my burgers remade to well done. Even after the change, I am not a fan of the Good Burger. Also, the staff was very polite.
The girl was sitting in the dining area with her phone. When I was trying to decide what I wanted she was tapping her fingernails on the counter. The tables needed to be cleaned from previous customers and the floors were sticky. It had been a while since I had an Arby's sandwich, it was very good.
Tried the chicken nuggets, real chicken not processed, breading was not overpowering, they were good, gyros are good, not a huge fan of the Burgers, great unsweet tea!!
I like the french dip sandwich, but make sure you get the french dip cup, they sometimes forget and it's a huge bummer, when you get home!
Chicken sandwiches are good as well as the standard roast beef, good variety and selection for all!
Staff no issues, friendly, just check your bag, it gets busy, no one is perfect!!
Horrible I got a 5 piece chicken tender might as well call it a one piece chicken tender all 4 were hard as a rock the chicken could not even be torn to eat or bite in to eat they went in the trash this was beyond horrible I also got a reeses cookie it was smashed to pieces in its wrapper to the point you could not even pick it up. I had a $60 dollar order n to recieve food like this un eat able an went to the trash was not only a waste of money time an I didn't have a dinner now for myself. was horrible. there's no reason what so ever these types of chicken tenders should of even been served AT ALL. BEYOND HORRIBLE I HOPE MANY SEE THIS REVIEW & I will not be Returning.
Choose another Arby's. Literally any other one will be better than this store. I've never had such horrible service and been double charged, mocked, and screamed at for things! Tried having our first late night out with my family and to say this ruined our night would be the understatement of the year. We pulled in and employees were standing outside, we got out of the car with plenty of time to order inside and leave but we're locked out (checked hours of lobby it was more than 15min early), we regrouped and did drive thru, backdoor was open and you could hear the heart stopping scream from the employees who didn't want us to order (my heart rate was up for two hours after that and my child now thinks he will be screamed at if he goes out for late night/fast-food), I had to repeat parts of the order several times then to hear someone over the headset mocking us (paraphrasing "oh I'll just come by and order so much food! Nope, there is more, I need more, FOOOOOD."), we kindly repeated our order AGAIN and pulled up to the window. I was told the total of $67.52 I questioned it and the guy scoffed at me. Then I said "we heard the screaming are you guys okay?" He smirked and just looked at me. Eventually said yes then walked away. Another guy came up made our drinks wrong and when I told him it wasn't right he said keep the extra shake, since its their fault for ringing it up wrong(he seemed annoyed but remained kind). One bag of food sat near the window while the other was being waited on for sandwiches. We got home, the order was wrong(ordered medium got smalls), we were double charged $12+ freeking dollars!!!, the fried products were mostly old and stale, and two of the sandwiches were literally covered in sauce on the outside and buns burnt, there was open sauces (ripped open ranch) in the bag and it was so old it was hard, we were also missing bbq sauce which I was told "yeah I already gave it to you in the bag". Tried calling the store and no answer(no they weren't closed). The food was so gross we tried eating it and quit not even halfway. Tried calling the next morning and again no answer which is why the issue is now online. I have photos as proof and the receipt, wish I could get my money back and scrub that experience from my kids mind. Choose any other Arby's.
The young man on the window was amazing I wish I knew his name he was very polite and friendly you Don't see that any more at the drive thrus Thank you for the amazing service
Update: gave them another chance. Screwed up my order and the persons in the drive thru at same time.... Employees seem to be more interested in talking to each other and their friends then waiting on the customer. I'll go to the one on Gratiot between 13 &14 mile.
