I have been going to this particular Arby’s quite frequently here lately because I work late, and they are one of a handful of fast food restaurants that are still open at that time. I may have to wait a few extra minutes, but that’s ok because my food is always hot and fresh. The employees are always friendly and courteous. I have never had a bad experience here.
Starting in a nearby hotel so I ran through the drive through. No one in front of me, but they pulled me up and had to bring my order out. Got into my room and opened the bag and the sandwich looked like this, see picture. No cheese on sandwich all on paper. No sauce on sandwich, all on the paper. Very disappointed.
The worst service at any Arby's I've ever eaten at. Even with a kitchen loaded with employees it took almost 14 minutes just for a single Wagyu Burger Combo. Lobby was for the most part clean but the bathrooms were all messed up. Also the fries were ice cold and hard with a burger that was not portioned properly.
There's a sign on the glass, and a commercial on tv saying deep fried turkey sandwich. I ordered online, get there and they said they don't have it. No explanation or anything. Just incompetent young dummies.
On May 25, 2022. I went on a wasted trip across town. Well let me start at the beginning. I know it's hard to find help now-a-days, but seriously some of these restaurants are ridiculous. I arrived at 11:39pm. According to Google, thus location closed at 12am. All lights were on and an employee was sitting at a table inside. I was in the drive thru when the employee knocked on the window and signed that they were done for the night. If it's hard to find workers why not make every dollar you can with the ones you have. I left work and drove across town to get something to eat for myself and some co-workers. I was on time, with plenty of time left to waste. I was not able to get any food because this location closed early. Be professional and change your closing time online or stay open till the time you say that you will. It's a waste of people's expensive gas and precious time to lie about your hours. Thanks for not feeling like staying open and taking care of a customer. I seriously appreciate it.
Poorly staffed and managed. Only one lady working the register for the entire restaurant during the lunch rush. I pull up to wait for my food at the drive thru and see a worker outside not doing anything. Thank you for the one lady who is busting her tail while everyone else is doing nothing.
When does your shake machine ever work? Love the sign at the restaurant next door, "Our Shake Machine is never down." Hand scooped of course. But when I want an ORANGE CREAM milkshake, that's what I want.
While traveling through this area with family several persons in our group chose to get their lunch here. Because they like the food on the Arby's menu.
