The buns were like the Great Value brand hamburger buns. I get they probably ran out, but grocery stores sell better buns. The roast beef was sliced 4x thicker than normal, which made it unpleasant in texture and it didn't layer so half was hanging out of the sandwich.
This location was recently remodeled and updated. Service continues to be just mediocre. Employees are competent, just don’t appear to be happy. Service was a little slow.
Like most fast food joints, the pictures of the food represent about 150% of the average food portion served.
I pulled into the drive thru at 2115. The automated voice on the menu board said thank you for visiting but we are closed. I checked the hours on Google and saw they didn't close until 2300. I pull to the drive thru window and see the sign says they are open until 2300 for both drive thru and dining. But no one comes to the window even though I can see people working in the kitchen. I pull to the front of the store, see people just hanging out and talking, wearing the drive thru head set so I go to the door. It's locked. I check the sign on the door, they close at 2300. I call. The first time they answer and hang up. I call back, the girl has the phone to her ear, looking through the window at me, the line is busy on my end. I hang up and call again, this time they answer. I ask if they are open, they say no, I tell them their signage says they are, she says hold. Comes back says only online orders. I said no, the sign says you are open until 2300. I ask her name and she says to hold for the manager. Another person gets on the phone, I ask if they are open. No, online orders only. Again, I say the signs say otherwise and ask her name, she says Iris, or something. I asked if she was the manager and she said no that the manager is not there. But if I want to pull to the drive thru, they will get my order. Told her it isn't working since they are "closed." She said to come in, I said the door is locked. I asked the managers name and she willingly told me Fatima. Well, Fatima, your staff are closing the store two hours early, for no reason, causing your store to lose money and earn this review.
We came late around 930pm the building was locked, the manager apologized stating she was short staffed so had to close dining room. The fries were cool to touch from the window, the roast beef sandwich was rubbery like it was microwaved. On the flip side the BLT was perfect. Disappointing as I was the one that was so hungry!
My food was cold the last time I was there tonight I went but I couldn't even pick up my food even though I paid for it the first time I went I placed an order online got their went to go into the lobby the Lobby is closed told me to proceed to the drive-thru waited 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru only to get food that had been sitting there for the Whole 30 minutes because of making it fresh when I got to the screen or whatnot they had made it tonight on the other hand placed my order go to the drive-thru at 9:33 and the drive-thru window told me they were closed no way to cancel my order or pick up my food
Tried the Fried Turkey Sandwich. Looked like they sat on it before they served it. Smaller than a double cheeseburger at McDonalds. Definitely not worth the dough.
Ordered a double beef & cheddar. This does not look like a double. Isn't your saying. Arby's we have the meat well where the F. Is it for the price I pay? Put some F.ING meat on it
Showed up to lobby at 9 pm and was closed went trough drive thru and a message from speaker said they were closed and lights were off there were employees inside but we’re just cleaning owner responds with same message on all comments but nothing changes maybe you should change hours sign or hire people that are willing to serve customers sign says lobby 10 and DT at 11
